Stayed here Whitsun week 2013.
The site is a little on the small size, and the waste is not for the faint hearted.
When we arrived there was already 5 units on the site, this was sorted by the warden as there is actually 7 hookup points.
The hookups are only 6 amp, with a newer van with all the electric appliances you do have to turn a few off, on many occasions throughout the week, I made a few trips to the fusebox to reset the power, a couple of times at 3am.
The location is outstanding, the birds of prey are amazing to see.

Gower is one of our favourite areas, and the bit around Three Cliffs and Oxwich our favourite stretch of Gower coast, so Perriswood is perfectly placed.
It is located in an elevated position with fantastic views across to Oxwich, but is very easily accessed just off the coast road. The CL area is fairly small and quite sloping but it is easy enough to level a caravan as the slope is lengthways. This also allows the site to drain readily in case it rains, which it might!
The usual CL utilities are there, though the WC emptying point is a bit gruesome, and electricity is only 6amps. However, there is a small toilet block a few minutes walk away at the falconry and archery centre.
This is the other major plus for this site - if you have never had an eagle owl or falcon land on your outstretched arm, this is a must-do experience. There are free-flying sessions everyday, cost depending on whether you take part in the archery as well (the birds are not the target!)
Some of the birds, Brian (the owner) told us are not just for display, they are working animals too, employed in vermin control, including being used at the Olympic sailing venue in Weymouth to keep seagulls under a measure of control!
Perriswood is definitely a great place to stay if your idea of a sea and sand holiday does not include amusement arcades and the smell of fish and chips!
