This is a lovely little quiet site, slightly off the beaten track and very handy for many tourist attractions.
There is electric, water and elsan emptying facilities on site but no toilets and showers.
The site is well maintained and only has about six pitches.

Nice basic site in good location.
As some previous reviewers have said the exit from the site could be dodgy but if you take it slowly and listen there is no problem.
Poor phone signal but very good TV reception.
Did not use the pub as we were visiting relatives.

Great site. Grass well cut and site looked after. The owner Rob is a very friendly accommodating chap. Chemical disposal is secluded and private. Pitches are numbered and plenty of room for a large unit.
Short lane in is a little narrow with tractors and lorries using this road though plenty of wider parts for traffic to pull into.
I would recommend this site and definitely come back to stay again.

Lovely little site, extremely friendly owner. Grass kept cut. A fantastic base for touring south Devon.
Would recommend. Spacious pitches and lovely views.
Only criticism exiting the site is on blind bend, but easily overcome by opening windows and listening, which came a great source of laughter.

Lovely little site not far from the main Newton Abbot/Totnes road. We had pitch 3 and levelled up as quick as you like. Word of warning. Be very careful when coming out as its on a blind bend and the local traffic really do go fast so sound your horn and listen for the traffic when leaving. Water and Elsan as good. Two huge waste bins outside the gate for recycled rubbish and General waste.
Newton Abbot is two miles away with an Asda right in front of you when you enter the town. Also a Sainsburys. Went to Wetherspoons and had dinner once and although there are two pubs, one down the site road to the left and one down the right, we didn't try them. Also went to a Toby Carvery in NA but very disappointed. The food looked as though it had been there for days and I had a bad stomach all night and the next day. May have been the food there as it was the only place we ate at but who knows. Had a nice breakfast at the garden centre which is on the main road going towards Totnes. What can I say about Devon. Well it's a lovely place to visit and the seaside towns are pretty though you have to pay for parking, even disabled. The park and ride into Brixham is £6 for the day and as far as I could tell, seniors bus passes are not excepted.
Would we go back? Yes to the site if in the area but I think this is the last time we will come down this way as its getting too far for us now.

This is a site for Camping and Caravan Club members only, situated about 1/4 mile from the A381 (left at the Two Mile Oak pub if travelling from the Plymouth direction). No facilities other than ehu and waste disposal, but is perfectly adequate as a centre for touring the area, easy to get to both the Torbay area and Dartmoor. Newton Abbot is only 2 miles away, has a large Asda and plenty of pubs serving food.
The entrance to the site is on a bend in the road and leaving in particular is a bit tricky, best to sound your horn and keep the car windows open to listen for approaching traffic. It could also benefit from better signposting.
