This was a stop on our way from Kent to Scotland.
It was within easy reach of Northumberland town's and places of interest.
The site is a level grass site with views over the surrounding countryside.
We were met at the gate by a sign directing us to our pitch which was one of the biggest I have pitched on.
The owner came later in the day to ensure we were all ok.

Tranquil, scenic, spacious one acre adjoining woodland and fields, five grass pitches with electric hook up, water tap and waste dump. Well situated for touring, close to Chillingham Castle and Wild Cattle, Holy Island and Seahouses nearby. Alnwick near enough to visit. Would use again if in area. Friendly helpful hosts

We visited this site in July on a VERY wet day indeed! The owner was dubious on the phone as to whether we would be OK on the field but agreed that we could stay overnight so long as we stayed at the top.
We had to arrange our own EHU by asking the existing residents to change theirs over from one post to another!
However, by morning the rain had eased and we could see the site was roomy, well kept but we used our own toilet and shower so can't comment on anything on offer there.
I was situated in a pleasant area and for an overnight stop, it was perfectly adequate.
