This site is VERY popular with German/French families with young children. Probably because it has a very nice waterpark.
We chose it due to its proximity to the beach.
The facilities were spotless and the on site supermarket was above par.
Was expensive but we knew that when we arrived

Great family site.
Right by the sea, took us about 30 seconds to walk from our pitch. Pedalos, windsurfing available.
Swimming pools, with water slides. Restaurants, bars, take away, shops, bakery, which bread and croissants were cooked on site and were wonderful!
Entertainment for children and teenagers during the day, plus evening entertainment at night - but get early to get a seat. You pick up a weekly newsletter which tells you everything that goes on.
I think my only 2 complaints would be the sandy pitches, which are typical of this area, it gets everywhere in the caravan! The pizza take-away, I would give a miss, the sponge he used the clean down the work services black - so hasten to say we did not buy any pizzas!
I would recommend taking bikes, as hire was a bit pricey.
Lovely area, lots of vineyards to visit, and if you want a bit of Blackpool try Valras Plage.
Very few English at the site so my teenagers did not really make any friends, but site very popular with the Dutch (which frankly is always a good sign), and they all speak excellent english.
If you anyone has any questions, then don't hesitate to contact me.

When we arrived at this site I immediately thought 'i'm not going to like this' - how wrong was I!
It's a vast site that is laid out in two locations either side of a very quite lane to the beach. We were on the main side in the Ananas section. The site is ideally positioned with direct beach access on to a huge sandy beach which is never crowded. Small supermarker with fresh produce on site along with a top notch butchers where you could get just about everything meat wise at supermarket prices. Also huge paella dishes cooked fresh every day with stews, potato dishes etc all available to buy to re-heat yourselves. Brilliant idea.
A mix of traditional French with many family touring pitches and a splattering of the usual Keycamp, Canvas etc. It has a lovely laid back feel, so relaxing. The main hub of activity is alltogether in one area which is great. Two good pools with long waterslides - they get busy but they work well.
Lovely bar and restaurant - affordable prices with a good selection of food. The Tiki bar on the beach is amazing for a lunch time drink and panini drizzled with herby olive oil. The Tiki restaurant selling really fresh and imaginative (TGI Friday type fare) in a thatched beach hut setting is charming for an evening meal.
Great location for getting out and about too. Narbonne plage and the ancient town of Narbonne itself are stunning. Huge french markets for shopping and gifts etc. Valras Plage is fab too, very busy but bustling with market shops and great restaurants.
Lastly evening entertainment in the bar every night some really good some not so but on one evening they had a Blue's Brothers tribute band that were EXCELLENT, they play all along the med apparently, if you see them advertised anywhere make sure not to miss them
We plan to go back for two weeks summer 2009 - can't wait :-)
