Not much to add except that you can buy the local wine at reception. And you should.
Wonderful Art Nouveau buildings all over the place.
If you bring your bikes, remember you can travel back on the tram with them, as it's uphill!

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of showers and toilets, all very clean and with loo paper and soap at wash basins. Good motorhoming point. We were too early for the restaurant but there is a good pizza delivery service. Recommend. Bus stops very convenient for Nancy. Reception will give details plus a map and will mark off where you should get off. Bus services frequent and Place Stanislaus unmissable. Nice park next door for walking.

We stayed here for an overnight, thanks to the good ol' ACSI app which guided us here when it was simply too hot to continue travelling in a car with no working aircon!
Overnighters are restricted to the area closest to the gates, which is understandable. Our pitch was opposite the wall surrounding the racecourse, so we could hear horses being exercised in the morning. Long EHU leads are required.
2 sanitary blocks were open during our stay, each containing 3 loos for women and 3 for men. These were modern and reasonably clean (few cobwebs and no toilet seats but, hey-ho!). There are a good number of statics / chalets on site, but I'm not sure that 6 toilets would sufficiently cater for all campers, if the site was full.
There is no pool here. There is, however, a playground and an all-weather pitch, which was being used by an abundance of children. There was also a bouncy-castle (deflated, when we were there, and looking a little sad).
There's an on-site restaurant (didn't try).
All in all, this is a good stopover or short-stay site, and reasonably priced (we paid 16. 10 euros for 2 adults, including EHU and tax). Would we return? Yes!

We stayed here as a stop-over on our way to Belgium. Very shady site which was nice as it was very hot. No pool, though.
We paid 28Euros for a tent with no electricity. I thought the price was shocking! The staff were very nice and it's a busy stopover site but very quiet at night. Very clean toilet and shower blocks around the park. Good playareas for kids and a TV room. Would avoid in the future as too expensive but looks like a good site for camper vans with direct walking to Nancy.

To Find Site:- Exit A33 at junction 2B (Brabois) and then follow campsite signs.
This campsite is situated on the edge of Nancy with good bus communications with the centre of the City. There are around 185 touring pitches which are individually marked out by log divides. They vary in size from about 70sq mts to 100 sq mts. After very wet weather the pitches do tend to get churned up and motorhomes need to take special care in such conditions. Electric points are dotted around the site and in some places a long lead may be required. There seems a little confusion on the actual ampage as some suggest its only 6 amps where as the ACSI book say 15? We were able to run the heating on full power which suggests more than 6amps, and yes it was that cold! They accept CEE17 blue connectors but it is best to check for reverse polarity. The provision of water points seems somewhat sparse although there is always the toilet blocks. The only grey water disposal seems to be at the motorhome service point, as is the chemical toilet disposal. The toilet blocks are modern and of a good quality with seatless toilets but paper provided in the cubicles. In the high season the site operates a snack bar and shop and out of high season a few essentials are kept in reception and bread can also be ordered. The campsite has a WiFi facility which is only available in the area around reception. It is currently no charge which perhaps is just as well as I did not find the connection very reliable. Out of the high season the site accepts the ACSI discount card. Whilst twin axle caravans are accepted there is an exceptionally high extra fee of €27 a night which I suspect is meant as an discouragement. Despite the the exceptional bad weather conditions we found the site staff were very helpful and concerned that we had found the right pitch.
This site is ideal for visiting Nancy and there is a good bus service from near the campsite and tickets can be purchased at reception. Just check the route numbering as one of the buses going into the city does not return via the campsite! Reception will give you a time table which will help explain the system. Place Stanislas in the centre of the City is a quite stunning Square and well worth a visit.

We stayed here for one night during our recent holiday following the Tour de France. The site is at the top of a very big hill so be prepared for that if you're planning on cycling into Nancy.
There are a lot of trees on the site and many of them are slap bang in the middle of the pitches. There is a large play area for kids but nowhere to walk a dog (we had ours with us).
The loos/showers were good - very clean and modern - but not so many of them. There is a small shop in reception and a restaurant/snack bar on site but we didn't use either so can't rate them.
It's obviously a site that's used as a stopover as folk head South but it's nice and quiet nevertheless. I'd certainly use the site again if I was in the area.

We stopped here for one night.
It is a smallish site, used mostly by Dutch people. The staff are friendly, there are plenty of trees on the site and our pitch had a water supply as well as electricity. You can buy internet access using the computer in reception.

Large, well maintained and friendly campsite situated in the Lorraine / Alsace region. The site is about three miles from the centre of Nancy and a bus runs regularly from outside the site. The city is well worth a visit and has an impressive square, palace and many bars and cafes. There is little to keep you in Villers les Nancy where the site is located but it has excellent motorway access and makes a good base for exploring the area.
Facilities and staff on site are excellent. There are many hot showers which are modern and spotlessly clean. There's a small shop, decent bar / cafe and internet access, and the staff speak excellent English. Rates are excellent: it cost only 18 euros for a night with electricity, and pitches were very spacious.
Overall, an impressive campgroung, ideal as a stop of point for travelling south, or as a base for holidaying in the area.
