Access to the site is narrow, single track, as is the road on the site itself. Pitches are completely unsuitable for larger caravans. Too small and difficult to get to. We booked a pitch at the far end of the camp thinking we would not have passing traffic. Unfortunately the road went around a corner to a dead-end, for which there was no warning sign, so every day we would have cars and campervans reversing back round the bend to turn around on our pitch.
No attempt is made to make the site presentable. No pots of flowers or shrubs to add a bit of colour. Crumbling concrete steps leading to the shower block, unkempt and untidy.
No facility nearby for emptying chemical toilets, the only one we found was at the camp entrance, a ten minute walk. We emptied in the toilets.
When we arrived we had no water for several hours because the plumbers were repairing frost damage from last winter!
One shower block was being painted and was unusable for several days.
No provision for grey water disposal, except the hedge.
Pitches were not numbered or marked in any way. Campers were given a rather crude map and had to find their own pitch. Every day we saw some poor soul wandering about with a piece of paper, looking confused.
Fecamp is a bustling seaside town with pebble beach and lots of restaurants and bars. It has a very interesting harbour. The nearby town of Etretat is also worth a visit.
Admittedly, there are beautiful sea views from many of the pitches. It's a great shame that the site operators don't take more pride in it.

We have a Land Rover Defender 110 and 20’ Coachman Amara – not the ideal set up for this site. Access is extremely tight and backing out with van to make the right turn into the access road was stressful. Access road is very narrow with parked cars. We stayed two nights and the pedestrian access to the town is great with wonderful views over the channel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Downside apart from access was that due to being very busy we were put on pitches which are normally only used in the peak season. These pitches are not generous. Unfortunately as the facilities near our pitch were in the process of being renovated there were no facilities near our pitch, this also affected the water pressure in the drinking water tap we were supposed to use. The nearest drinking water tap was down 20 odd steps and back up 20 odd steps with a full 40 ltr container. The view from our pitch was amazing across the channel and had the nearby facilities been open the compact pitch would not have been a problem. Baker delivers round the site every day, perfect for breakfast. Fecamp is a busy thriving port town well worth a visit and choice of hyper market for last minute shopping before ferry home from Dieppe.

An absolutely fabulous campsite on a terraced cliff right behind the promenade at Fecamp (the location marker on the map is slightly wrong). Almost every pitch has a stunning view out to sea.
The site is arranged with campervans and caravans on the upper terraces and tents on the lower terraces.
You enter the campsite up a road from the town but there is a pedestrian entrance/exit directly onto the promenade/beach. The town centre is a bit of a walk inland.
The campsite is well equipt with electric hookups, showers, toilet blocks etc.
Fecamp is a combination of a seaside resort and a working port/town. The beach is wide but made up of pebbles (as are all beaches on this stretch of coast).
There are some nice bars/restaurants and the Benedictine distillary is worth a visit.
