We booked a stay on this campsite last minute after being forced to leave Spain due to government changes on quarantine rules.
The staff were super helpful in taking the booking and finding two families with large caravans adjacent pitches. We were also given a very warm welcome on arrival and good explanation of the facilities as well as a voucher for a free drink at the bar and free WiFi codes.
The site itself was well maintained with very good facilities. The pool area is definitely the highlight with 4 areas - a warmer pool with big slides, a splash area with smaller slides for the little ones, a lovely colder temperature pool with diving platforms suitable for those who want to swim properly, and a shallow pool for smaller kids or those who just want to cool off quickly! Note: bermuda shorts are not allowed and men must wear trunks (available for purchase in the camp site shop or nearby Decathlon superstore!). Sun loungers are plentiful.
The football pitch was a big hit with our teenage kids and they made a few friends there.
There was a well stocked shop for supplies and a couple of big supermarkets within easy drive in Narbonne. We didn't eat in the restaurant but enjoyed a pleasant drink and ice creams in the bar area one evening and were made very welcome.
We didn't join in with the entertainment due to coronavirus fears. We did venture down to have a look one evening but were concerned at the lack of social distancing so came away!
The wash facilities were pretty good with nice large shower/wash basin cubicles, seats on the toilets and toilet paper provided, although could have done with a bit more frequent cleaning during the day.
There was lots to do in the area. We enjoyed a lovely evening out in Carcassone and a bike ride to Guissan plage.
The location is quite rural surrounded by vineyards and close to a pretty canal.

Despite being a Yelloh branded site this fell well short of the standards we have come to expect from them. The staff at reception bordered on rude.
Although being in a lovely rural position there is nowhere to walk to. All trips must be by car or cycle.
The main issue in September was the cleanliness of the toilet and shower blocks and especially the washing up area. It seems that the facilities are cleaned (badly) once in the morning (but not always) and that is that. Most of our mozzie bites came from using the grimy shower block.
Would not wish to return or recommend it.

Despite having stated the size of our unit we were given an impossibly small pitch. That apart, the staff were friendly and the facilities were good.
The swimming pool complex was brilliant, the grand children would have spent all day there. The reserant and takaway food were good. Most of all the toilet and shower facilities were good and clean.
We were able to take our dog for a walk outside the perimeter of the campsite.
We had great days out visiting the sea side, local towns and places of interest

This is an ACSI site and one of the few in the area open into October so it was quite busy when we arrived. Only four pitches left.
Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist spoke good English. Good sized pitch surrounded by bushes felt private without being isolated. Pools were still open but a bit cool for us although others were happily swimming and using the slides. Good cycle routes around the area. Gruissan well worth a visit with interesting shops, pavement cafés and marina. Nearby cave has great reviews and sells a range of different local wines.
Narbonne an easy drive away (about 5 miles) for supermarkets etc. Although we prefer to use local shops where possible and eat locally produced fruit and veg. The restaurant and take away looks good and seemed popular although we didn't use it. Order fresh bread for collection the next morning 1E for a French baguette stick.
Toilets immaculate and good powerful hot showers that are easily adjusted. Good baby bath and shower area with tiny loo for toddlers. Tennis courts and fitness room available. Everything looks well maintained.
We didn't have children with us but looked at the facilities. Plenty of fun things to do.
We went to Carcasonne for the day. About 38 miles each way. Well worth it - fascinating audio tour, great choice of restaurants for lunch and good shops. For motorhomes there is a dedicated car park and aire a short walk from the walled city.

This site is now called Yelloh Village Les Mimosas. It is a really well laid out site with lots of privacy per pitch.
The main recommendation for this site is for the restaurant which is run by a lovely couple, the chef Laurent once ran a Michelin starred restaurant and this shows in the quality of the food.
The shower block was lovely, always clean and lots of hot water ( no charge). It is a nice cycle ride from here down the Canal la Robine to the seaside town of Port Nouvelle. We went outside of school holidays and had a great time on the slides in the pool without kids!
My only complaint is that the power supply is not on the pitch, they have put one supply point with 6 sockets on a pitch, to service 3 pitches on either side of it. This means you have to walk through other pitches/climb through hedges to connect up.
