 We had a fantastic stay at this site. The owners were extremely friendly toward us and the staff couldn't do enough to help make our 3 week stay very pleasant. The toilets and showers were spotless every visit I made. I can see though, that there may not be enough during the peak period!
Many of the people around us on site are annual visitors and knew each other very well but still made us feel more than welcome, and, whilst we were there, had a re-union following the terrible flood that happened in the area in June 2010.
Roquebrune itself is a quiete village that closes at 9pm! but Frejus and St Aygulf were close enough and both were full of life.
Plenty to do and see for day trips out, Monaco, Cannes, Antibes are all easily coverable on a day trip, as is the stunning Gorges du Verdon!
Overall, a fantastic holiday at a very reasonable price!

We visited the site and stayed for 10 days, you must book ahead if you want a decent pitch as there are a lot of pitches that are very small and compact as well as close to your neighbours. There are 90 pitches but only 5 showers so most mornings/evenings there are queues to use them, the same with the sinks for washing pots etc.
There is a small playground and boules can be played there, the river runs along side to the site but there never seems to be much activity.
We were the only Brits on the site which was fine by us but it is mainly dutch families and they seemed to be very quiet and didn't want to mix. There are activities at night and it can get noisy and there is a small shop as well as cafe onsite.
Overall we had a nice time but will not be returning, we felt it was very cliquey with a lot of the site having full time pitches and knew each other, we also were shouted at but the owners for using the wifi without buying a drink (says its free in website but once there they have signs stating you must purchase a drink whilst on the terrace to use the wifi). It wasn't the nicest of sites and could do with a clean and revamp and think the owners need to find new jobs as it shows that they've been doing this a long time and don't enjoy it.
