Lovely, peaceful setting. A real get away from it all.
The yurts are really well equipped, with tea and coffee provided plus a basket of organic produce from the farm. All the utensils you need.
There is a social cabin for catching up with other 'yurters' or if there is a large group of you, its great for communal eating and drinking! I loved my mobile phone being charged up by the micro wind turbine and my hot shower from the solar panels!
Toilets are basic (reed bed/compostible)which is a bit unconventional, but this is holidaying with a conscience! Very well crafted out of local wood though! There is a walk from the car to the yurts and wheel barrows are provided. This may cause problems if you have brought lots of belongings with you (or at least a few round trips!)
Yurts are very comfortable and the surrounding area is stunning.
Recommend it for families who want to let off a bit of steam playing games in the field or meadow. Those who want to spot some fantastic wildlife, look out for the resident Eagle owl sitting in the surrounding trees!
Had a great time and will definitely be going back!
