Stayed 2 nights 3 days great campsite. Super for grandchildren, play park right next door. Shop just across from site, sells most everything needed. Owner very helpful was with 2 sons and their family in their caravans and they put us all together in 3 pitches. One of the caravans had electrical fault and owner was very helpful and friendly trying to get it fixed. Site within walking distance to main town and a couple of mins from boat and train. Camp facilities are super, water electric etc. Toilets are nice and clean and they have a family shower room for parents with small kids. Overall excellent site, will be back.

I agree with the other comments the toilet block was spotlessly clean (love the scented hand wash and flowers!). The warden was very attentive.
The showers are individual units separate to the the toilets with their own door and no mirrors or hair dryers.
The play area is not actually part of the park and is next door so children have to go out of the park by the road and back in the gate next door - why a gate can't be opened into the park to avoid children having to go via the road I don't know!
Location wise this site is actually in the town ie You are pitched opposite a terrace street - which might be good for some but is not my usual rural camping experience.
It is very close to the port - literally seconds away.
When we stayed there was a lot of rowdy teenagers as well which was quite intimidating but I appreciate this cannot be controlled and may just have been a one off!

Stayed here for a weekend, on arrival the warden was very helpful and give us the choice of pitches asked if we needed any assistance and informed us of the local eating and drinking houses.
This is a small well maintained site and is ideal for a quiet relaxing time, the toilet block is dated but kept immaculately.
There is a shop opposite the site and a playpark next door.
This would be an excellent site for anyone travelling on the ferry as the port is less than a mile away.
All in all this site is good value for money.

This is a nice, well kept site. The toilet and shower block is the cleanest I have seen yet, nicely painted and spotless.
Tents are in a field just behind the caravans but as there were no tents there when we were there the kids had the whole field to play football in.
There is a public park right beside the caravan park with a wee putting green and a big playpark for the kids. Just across the road from the site is a shop that does everything you need and larne town center is about a 5 min walk.
The harbour is only about a min drive away and you can see the boats from the site so was able to take my wee lad down to see the boats coming in and out
