Been to this site a few times and Angie the owner is a great host and very friendly.
It has CDP, bins, water and electric hookup which is why we go we don't need fancy and for a good price £13 per night.
There are lots of places to visit not to far away eg: Ely, Wisbech, kings Lynn.
We will be going again.

Lovely tranquil level site with electric hook-up, 1.8m of safe road and pavement walking into Terrington St Clement with shops, pub and take-aways.
The owners were very welcoming and hospitable.
Outdoor roofed patio area for small group gatherings.

Great site for enjoying a peaceful and relaxing few days.
The pitches are well laid out and among orchard trees, surrounded by farm land.
The owners are very helpful and don't bother you.

This is a lovely little five van site, it has no facilities other than electric and is priced accordingly at £12 a night the water tap and cdp are up near the house as ange the lovely and friendly owner will tell you they also do recycling and even have a composte bin for you to use.
Pitches are numbered and well set out and mainly flat and some have well established hedges inbetween.
It is easy to find and google on my phone using postcode took us to the gate.
There is a good fish and chip shop in the village which is right next to the park and like us if its a nice day its lovely to sit in and have your food as there is a table and bench.
Lots of things to do in the surrounding areas kings lynn is nearby and wisbeach and ely is well worth a visit.

Realy liked this site. Parked between apple trees, and a plum and a pear. Very quiet and the units well separated.
The site backs on to a very large wheat field which might be noisy and dusty when farm work is underway. The site was well sheltered in the high winds of the weekend we were there.
No information was provided about buses to Kings Lynn but apparently there are some.

This is the first time I have used airbnb and was a bit nervous, however, Angela the owner has made me feel welcome and went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned.
After a long journey to get here. Angela picked me up after meeting my son who is here for panto and brought me to her home.
My room was immaculate and done out to a high standard with an ensuite bathroom. My room looked on to fields which is just lovely. There is a shared kitchen which is very clean.
The house feels very peaceful and is really quiet :).
I would definitely recommend this place and would 100 % stay here again.
There is a bus that stops outside the house which takes you to the town if you don't drive, which has lots if shops and food places to visit (I cannot rate for children as it's only myself staying here ) 10/10 rating :)

Small but lovely quiet site with friendly owner. Lots of trees and bushes as it is part of the owners garden. You are able to walk out of the back of the site and straight around fields, this suited us as we have 2 dogs.
We did struggle to get a decent picture on BBC TV. ITV was fine, but did not go there to watch TV anyway. Easy access to the site, there is a gate that needs to be opened and then shut after you have driven through at entrance.
Basic facilities and also leaflets and information about area available. Only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was that when filling aqua rolls you have to keep your thumb on a push button to deliver water.
Good value for money at £11 a night which included electric, would definitely return if in the area.
Can not comment on child friendliness but does not have enough space for children to play.

Small but attractive, well kept site.
Level hardstandings and only £9. 50 a night with electric.
Just spent one night there as we didn't find the area had much to offer but this site is good, especially with the bargain pricing

Have used this site twice as a stopover, and have no complaints. Level, grassy site with electricity points for each pitch. Bordered by mature trees, which make a good windbreak.
Village with the nearest shops, pubs etc [Terrington St Clement] is a good 30 minute walk away, so transport is recommended. No bus service nearby as far as I'm aware.
Owner is friendly enough and is happy for you to park up then pay next day.
