 On road 2. 6k outside village, which is very nice with shopping and eating facilities. Large flat grass field with very limited options for parking in shade, which is main reason for low rating. Pitches next to river occupied by long stay tents. Some parts of toilet blocks out of order and long walk to facilities if you camp on further part of field. Fairly grumpy reception. Didn't try pool or restaurant so can't comment

This is an isolated camp site in the foothills of the Pyrenees - quite a distance from the coast and the larger cities of Navarra and the Basque Country. Some children's facilities and a pool which I didn't examine - looked fairly new and well-maintained.
A green grass (not dust) site and campers can put up their tents on some slopes where vans can't reach so generally peaceful. Well worth pitching there for the view in the morning - seeing the sun rise over the mountains.
You can walk down to the local village but there were not many facilities there so most sight-seeing or other activities involve a car (I saw no buses during our stay). However the site has quite a nice restaurant with well-cooked Spanish meals. Very economical, there were fixed price menus (reasonable selection of options) - I recall that for about 6 euros you had a main course and either a starter or a postre (afters) plus drink. The drinks (wine, beer and other things that I didn't try) seem to be never-ending - at least, the carafe of house rose kept filling up without additions to the bill!
Shop with a reasonable stock. Helpful people in the shop/office.
One of my favourite campsites - very peaceful and happy. The biggest drawback was needing the car to explore. It probably wouldn't be all that entertaining for youngsters.
