We have just spent one night at this lovely camp site.
Arrived to a nice welcome from the owner and was given information on local walks. This was a great place to walk the dogs. Basic facilities only a toilet and a tap but adequate for our needs. Grass was short and fantastic views site was quiet with only one other unit there. We will return as excellent value for money.
You will need provisions as nothing around and local pub closed down but did not put us off.

This is a lovely basic site with one toilet, no shower. However owner very nice leaves you to yourself. Yet helpful if needed. Field lovely and safe for children, second time here and for £10 a night with EHU you cant go wrong.
Maybe a small play area for children would be an idea for the future.
We went Easter weekend for 4 nights with our friends and had the field to ourselves. Lovely walks if you are up for it.
No shops or banks in village however lovely pub 5 minutes walk away.

3rd time visiting this site and can highly recommend - Wonderful friendly welcome, peaceful and relaxing with plenty of walking from the site.
Would highly recommend this site for anyone wanting to explore the area or for a place to relax. Didn't try the local pub on this visit but it looked worth a visit on our next trip.
The facilities are basic, toilet, fresh water and chemical disposal point and extremely clean; fresh eggs available if they have them and nothing is too much trouble.

Stayed for a weekend during the May heatwave. It is a basic site with EHUs and a toilet which is regularly cleaned. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable on the area and are on hand if any advice / information is needed. The camping field is level, well maintained and overlooks two small paddocks with sheep, geese and hens in. Fresh eggs are available at the house.
There is a pub in the village (The Three Tuns Inn) unfortunately it doesn't serve food but the locals are very friendly. There are other pubs in the area but you may end up driving to them. There are no shops in West Lutton so you would need to stock up with supplies before arriving on site. There are supermarkets at both Driffield and Malton.
There are great walks directly from the site onto the Yorkshire Wolds. The area is mainly arable farming so it's safe to allow dogs off the lead on the numerous footpaths/bridleways. It is possible to walk to Sledmere House if you're feeling energetic. If passing though Wetwang, it's well worth waiting in the queue at the chippy!
The site is well placed for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, the Yorkshire coast, North Yorkshire Moors Close and East Yorkshire.
It's a great site and only cost £10 per night for 2 adults and a dog with EHU. We would happily return in the future.
