5 van site, level field that is sheltered by trees behind one of the 4 fishing lakes and besides the next door activity centre that also has a large lake used for sailing. There are no electric hook ups but we used a generator. Toilet facilities are at the activity centre with clean showers. The elsan point is beside the rally field but it's a distance from the caravan site so it's easier to drive to it.
I would say it's more suited to people who enjoy fishing rather than families.

The CL site is hard to locate as it is 200 yards past the shop, there is a small Caravan Club sign & a gate you have to go through,
I never saw any electric on the pitches, this site has more than just a CL Site at the bottom, take a right after the CL and head to the top of the hill by Chris Jones caravan sales, there are 2 small fields holding around 5 vans each with EHU on grass, then there are 2 massive fields with EHU Points used for rallies, events etc,
There is a decent washblocks sited on the field also,
We stayed on one of the fields at the top, few seasonals up there. We had nice pitch with good views. Great for doggy walks down to the river,
Nearest shop, tesco express, about 3 miles if you go right at the gate,
Nice place all in, activity centre on site and also a farm shop if you want to pay 3x more for stuff you get in the supermarket

Stayed at this CL on our way home from Scotland. Had booked ahead so we were expected. After booking in (in the shop which sells meat, cheese, pies, vegetables etc. ) we almost drove past the entrance to the site as the sign was obstructed by a bush! Lovely fairly level field by a small fishing lake (hidden by trees, other lakes nearby).
The toilets/showers are in the adjacent Activity Centre and are open at night, even when the Centre is closed.
The small access road to the site, Activity Centre and farm however is well used during the day (tractors early in the morning, Centre visitors during the day, and lorries till about 10pm) so the site is not that quiet.
Having said that, we would stay there again for an overnight stop. It is one of the cheapest CLs we have stayed on.
