Very nice CL with hard standing, EHU and water to each pitch on this working farm. There was a dog exercise field. Really friendly and informative welcome from the owner.
Toilets (2 with wash basins) were open and were spotlessly clean.
There are nice walks from the site to Woebley castle and Llanmadoc mostly off road or quiet roads.
The owner does Sheep Dog trials and we watched 2 nights him practicing, great sight.
We could only book 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer.

A nice site once you are in, entrance is a bit awkward as already stated, but it's ok for large outfits with care. There are hardstandings which is a bonus, 2 clean modern loos and a washbasin and all for £10 per night. The site iis about a mile on the right from the Greyhound pub, watch out for it as the entrance comesd up suddenly. The road to the site is fine, plenty wide enough.
There are a few farm smells and one night the cows were mooing continually. We received an apology and an explanation, the farmer had bought new calves who should not have been taken from their mothers yet, so not a regular occurence.
It's easy to get to everywhere, but some of the minor roads are hairy to say the least! Try Mewslade Bay, just before Rhosilli, small but perfectly formed, or go for a walk along the ridge of Cefn Bryn.
The garage/shop at Lanrhidian sells most things you will need; there are shops in most larger villages.
We would use this site again if in the area and are happy to recommend it.

We stayed on this site or seven nights during August. The road outside the site is very busy and has constant traffic noise both day and night. The pitches are very good with hardstanding and EHU. This is a working farm so expect smells, animal noises and flies. The entrance is quite narrow and needs a sharp turn on both entering and exiting and you need someone in the road to stop the traffic. There is no dog walk and dogs have to be exercised off site. There is a paddock immediately behind the pitches but this has very long grass but this could be adapted into a very comfortable dog exercise area with just a cut. On the plus side the owners are very helpful and friendly and the price at £10 a night presents excellent value. I would not walk to the greyhound as the road has no pavement and with the volume of traffic could be dangerous. The toilet block consists of two toilets and hot and cold water at the basin and a wonderful supply of toilet rolls. The mobile signal here is good but there is access to wifi.

This is a field on a working farm, so expect some farm noises and smells, but we soon got used to those. There was EHU and concrete hard-standings to park on which was useful, and also, a unisex toilet. Gower campsites tend to be very expensive, but this was good value at £10.
The nearest pubs were a bit difficult to get to, but worth it: To get to the Brittania across the fields is a bit of a hike and can be muddy if its been raining.
Don't be intimidated if you hear an automated message as you pass Carl Jenkins' house. The footpath cuts through his property but is an official footpath nevertheless.
The walk to the Greyhound was shorter, but was along the road. It was a fairly quiet country road, but it was narrow with no pavement. Both pubs serve good food, and the Greyhound produce their own ales from a microbrewery.

Just came back from 10 days at this wonderful CL,
The directions in the caravan club book to get there we’re spot on, The site itself is a field on a farm about 2 miles from Llanrhidian village. The pitches all have EHU and there is a concrete part to park your caravan on and your awning can go on the grass.
There is a 1 toilet in the farm yard you can use if needs be which was always kept immaculately clean. The site overlooks the fields to the rear and there is a hedge that screens the site from the road.
Road noise was not really to much of an issue, the road take you to Llangennith Beach (about 2 miles) and only really got busy with other campers going down to other sites on the Friday night (Bank holiday weekend) Not a particularly busy road and went very quiet at night so shouldn’t effect children sleeping in awnings / pup tents.
There are 2 pubs within walking distance to the site, The Greyhound in Old Walls (1 mile from site) and the Brittania inn in a village called Cheriton (about 2 miles walk across fields but a lovely walk and great beer garden)
The beaches in all parts of the Gower are beautiful, the nearest beach is Llangennith, you have to park at Hillend and drive through a camp site and pay (about £3) but you can walk right the way along to Rhossilli again a beautiful little village.
The nearest large Supermarket are in Llanelli where there is a Tesco, Morrisons and Asda, this is the nearest large town and seems to sell everything you would need. Its about 20-25 minutes drive from site.
There is no park or play area on site for children which may be downside.
The site is on a farm so you obviously get noise from the cows and sheep but we didn’t mind that.
Overall a beautifully well kept CL and we loved it so much we have booked to go again next year.
One thing to bear in mind is to take the entrance carefully as you have to do a full 180 degree turn to get in to the camping field once you have pulled into the driveway so take it fairly wide especially if you have a large unit.
