 We had a lovely week at this campsite. The mobile home was of outstanding quality as was the entire site.
Good pool complex, lovely warm water, nice slides.
Theres a large outdoor pool heated 1m 60cm deep, a heated indoor pool of 1m and a toddler splash pad area for the under 12s (also an indoor play area)
There is a programme for kids and adults but this is a site dominated by the French, I did not here German, dutch or English voices the week I was there. Kids made lots of friends mainly due to having a shared passion for sport and being the only 'foreign'kids they were a novelty.
The site is on Lac Chambon and lovely walks abound. The area is still largely undiscovered by Brits but there are many places to visit. Puy de Sancy cable car spectacular, super Besse cable car and luge, lac Pavin, gorges de chaddefour, puy de dome are all great and if you want an adrenelin rush the 2 kilometer zip wire over Super Besse is amazing and only 30euros!Have fun.

Ideal for families or couples. Very welcoming, clean and private pitches with great facilities. Easy walking distance to town and great walk around the lake, we stayed an extra night because it was so nice. Cabins for hire looked very inviting. Good base for seeing the sights and the mountains. The town was friendly with good cafe's for breakfast. We could not have expected more.
