I found this campsite through the UK Campsite website, e-mailed them re price and availability and got an almost immediate response. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
The site was easy enough to find using the co-ordinates on the Satnav.
The site itself was relatively quiet when we visited in late June 2010, for just one night, and we were directed to the far end of the site as the closer ablution block was under refurbishment. There is a pool, which looked good, but which we didn't use on this visit. We also didn't use EHU, but this was available. The pitches were of a good size, flat, and under shade of mature trees if wanted. There were ample bins and water points around the pitches. The facilities were clean and functional.
There was a small shopping area across the river, within walking distance, but as we just used this as a one-night stopover, we didn't visit any of the shops. The owners were friendly and courteous. I would use this site again if in the area.
