Camp site. ///allocating. Recalculate. Warble

Beech car park ///online. Arrival. Force

This a fair sized naturist campsite set on the costo bravo Spanish coast line. The beech is about 4 km away. There is a pay car park small naturist area to the right of the beech.
Also an easy walk signposted
There is an excellent network of cycle paths that lead to the local town eg Mont Ras. And beyond
The site is run in a more Comercial way than say many in France, there are lots of facilities all clean and well maintained.
I list some of them
A Large swimming, clean well maintained with grass to lie on, no sun beds
Large jacuzzi in sheltered area with sun beds.
Ping pong tables
BBQ cook area with tables and chairs
Volleyball, tennis and mini golf.
Cycle hire too. There is a small deposit for thing like golf clubs, but no cost.
Library / community room.
The pitches are on a slight slope and partially shaded, but if you walk around plenty of variety. The pitches seem slightly smaller than the French sites but consistent with Spanish sites. 15 x 10m
Nice bar and restaurant with pastries and bread in morning. The food served is more “campsite” than restaurant.
The wash block are well kept and clean, staff seem to be there regularly keeping on top of it. Like other naturist site are all communal. I did like the system the disabled toilets are key entry only from reception
This site we will be returning the staff are friendly and a few speak English. All very helpful
If you stay over 7 days it’s 30% off.
Another relaxed aspect is departure time up to 1800 hrs.
Few negatives we noticed some people parking in adjoining pitches thus when we looked around to pitch at beginning these were not available. Had they paid for two pitches then fair enough but I suspect not as quite a few selfish people had not done this to avoid having a neighbour and a larger pitch. This should be easily dealt with by staff gently reminding people on their rounds.
There are also very small ants, so bring ant powder, we also got hammered by flies.
Bar prices were good and bar staff really nice and pleasant and pastries in morning were lovely
Big plus naturism is encouraged by signs and appear to keep naturism bar and restaurant even in evening
Wholesome atmosphere
We will return

Large, quiet, relaxed, extremely well run site. We planned to stay for 2 weeks and stayed for 4. Pitches are large and slightly sloping. You can choose where you want to pitch - some have more shade, some less. Yes there are ants, but they are the small ones, and we found them manageable. They do bite sometimes, but do not leave an itch. No other insect trouble while we were there, and we came home with less itches than usual.
We liked:
- the showers and washing facilities. Totally superb. They are cleaned regularly and have truly hot water which never seems to run out
- the swimming pool (with lifeguard) and the jacuzzi pool.
- the song of the golden orioles each morning.
- the peacefulness.
- the local beaches: the nearest is Platja del castell which is mostly textile but there are usually some naturists at the Palamos end and especially in a little cove over the rocks. For the best beaches in the entire region, head (on foot) to Cala Estreta. It is a trek from castell but so worth it; a succession of semi-circular bays, all of them nudist friendly, with brilliant snorkelling and shade.
- the local cycle network. You can bike to castell in about 15 minutes along an old train line, and to the supermarkets in Palafrugell in about the same time.
There wasn't anything we really disliked, but be aware that there is some road noise at night from the C31 half a mile away (how much depends on the direction of the wind). Also, there are speed bumps on the driveway in the campsite. They are not big ones, but we managed to clonk our exhaust on arrival with a heavily laden car - go slowly.
We have camped naturistically for 18 years, mainly in France; this was our first time in Spain and the site is one of the best we have been to.

We chose this site just a couple of days before we set off on our holiday, as a contingency in case of poor weather in France. It was our first experience of naturist camping in Spain. We have been to several naturist sites in France so it was interesting to compare.
Would highly recommend, if approaching from France to take the Coastal route from Port Vendres past the old border post. It is an amazing drive and the views are spectacular. Not sure if I would fancy towing a caravan on this route but it was no problem for our 7 metre motorhome.
We were very pleased with what we discovered. The welcome from reception was delightful. We had not booked and were lucky that the site was still quiet. We were able to choose our own pitch, of which there were many and of varied size. There was a good mix of level pitches with shade from trees especially on the lower level. The upper level was less sheltered and slightly sloping but pleasant all the same. Water points were conveniently spaced throughout the site. One thing we really enjoyed was watching the brightly coloured Hoopoe birds wandering around the site searching for grubs etc. Less enjoyable were the ants that seemed to find their way into our van, probably to escape the hoopoe birds! Take some ant killer, just in case.
As we have found with every naturist site we have been on, the toilets, showers, pot and clothes wash areas were spotless at all times. There was a nice, well stocked shop and a very decent bar and restaurant next to the swimming pool. Service from all was excellent. There was a large multi-function room opposite reception with free wi-fi available in this area.
The site is in an unspoiled area of Spain and is connected to the nearby towns and the coast with good cycleways and quiet rural roads. We found the naturist beach recommended at reception by cycling almost to the nearest public beach but then turning left and following a good forestry track for around a mile and a half or so, often uphill but worth every effort. After leaving our cycles chained to a fence we followed a footpath down through the trees to a quite stunning cove.
We could not fault our four night stay at Relax-Nat and we were pleased to say that the site was on par with what we are used to in France.

Slighty sloping site with eucalyptus trees which shed their bark. Immaculate facilities. Hook ups everywhere with water points whithin a few meters. Pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, tennis, small shop, bar, snacks. Internet access in leisure room, also books. At weekends one can order roast chicken or rabbit. Not all 'bells and whistles' which is why we like it. (Although there is some kind of disco stuff in the pool at weekends)
Surrounding area full of interesting things to see and do.
This part of the Costa Brave is lovely and because of its nature is unspoilt by high rise etc.
Naturist beach at Pals is fab, about 20 mins drive. There is another which is nearer but sadly we never found it. Got lost in wood!
Lovely place.
Sadly not going again this year.
Given that we do not have children I find it hard to rate but there were some around.
