Stayed here May bank holiday. Site is lovely and a great location to visit Narberth, Tenby or Saundersfoot.
Facilities really nice and clean.
Owners very friendly and helpful.
Pitches are a good size. Our older children really enjoyed this site and so did our two dogs.
Looking forward to our next break so we can book here again!

Just spent a long weekend here and loved it. The people who run it were very nice and helped with local information and couldn't do enough for you. For so early in the year the field was in fantastic shape, would I go there again? We're looking for a free weekend now.

Stayed here twice now and cannot fault anything about the site, the owners are so welcoming and friendly. The toilet and shower block are spotless and the best I've ever come across, the rest of the site is kept spotless also. Will definitely go back and recommend to others. Its a good central position for visiting pembroke dock, haverfordwest, fishguard, temby saundersfoot and lawrenny quay where there is a lovely award winning cafe in a beautiful area.

The welcome was very warm and the pitch was level and the grass well maintained.
No problems with the hook up tripping out. Toilet and shower block was very good. The showers were free and hot water was available through out the day.
Small playground which was probably insufficient for our kids. Would have preferred that ball games were limited to a separate field. Not far to Amroth (pirates cafe very good) and Narberth.
Good value for money.

I have just had a lovely time staying at this site.
The owners are friendly, the pitch was level.
I thought the new shower block was one of the best I have seen at a camp site.
Plenty of space for children to play and for people not to be disturbed by noise.
We enjoyed the short drive to visit,Tenby,Saundersfoot and Narbeth.
My daughter loved it here and made new friends.
It was also a reasonable price.
I would go back again.

Returned today after staying at the Wood Office for two nights to try out our new trailer tent. Speaking as a full-time wheelchair user this campsite is exemplary. Disabled bathroom was first rate on accessibility and cleanliness. Campsite as a whole is very flat and accessible. Gravel hard to negotiate over in a wheelchair but not impossible. Onsite shop very reasonably priced. Anyone with a disability should check out this campsite.

We visited Wood Office for the first time, having failed to find another site closer to Tenby / Saundersfoot for the bank holiday. There is no website so we took a chance, and what a disappointment it turned out to be.
We were booked in quickly enough and escorted to our pitch by the farmer. It was raining when we arrived and the field was extremely waterlogged. Thankfully the farmer moved our tourer into position only to be put on the wettest part of field known to man.
We had other problems with the electric which kept tripping, despite a low wattage kettle, we couldn't use more than one electrical appliance at a time, and resorted to gas heating, also gas for the water.
We were not allowed to park the car next to the caravan and had to wade across the field with two small children and their belongings. Things looked much better from afar at the toilet block, but whilst it seemed new, there appeared to be very little attention paid to it by the owners. The owners informed us that it was only a year old, but it appeared that very little cleaning was being undertaken.
The park facilities for the children were very poor consisting of one swing, a slide and a basketball net (minus a net). Due to the weather we spent very little time on the site, and with there being no shops or pubs etc in walking distance.
The road outside the park was very busy during the night and noisy. There appeared to be a number of seasonal tourers on the site, but most were empty (probably due to the weather and condition of the field). We will definitely be more cautious next time.

We were a bit nervous about visiting the site as there was no website and we left it too late to request a brochure via the post. However on arrival we were greeted by the most friendly owners imaginable and guided onto the site after a fast booking in procedure in the handy on site shop/office.
The site overall was immaculately clean and the pitches level and well kept. Toilet blocks and showers were very nice, even my 8 yr old son enjoyed showering (and anyone who's got boys will know how much they generally avoid that dangerous stuff we call soap and water)
The play park was great for the kids and there was also plenty of room for ball games etc without encroaching on anyone elses area.
Very short distance to Tenby and Manorbier beaches (about 10 minutes by car) and some lovely country pubs locally that served some really top class food. Especially the SPORTING CHANCE in Red Roses which is just down the road.
Overall I would recommend this site to anyone and will definitely be going back, thanks to Eddie and Barbara for making it a special week and hope to see you again soon

We found this site after a day of hunting for a site with disabled access this was done a few months before our holiday,
All went well when we got there you couldn't have asked for a better welcome, knew our name and said they been waiting for us to get there, said to go and choose our pitch, and came and cut the grass so it was nice a short. After we put the tent up and got sorted we put the kettle on for a drink and the electric tripped thought ok fine must be a problem with the box so tried a different outlet and tried it again later that night but it happened once again so went and saw the owners and that said sorry we should have told you its only 6 Amp supply and this is good enough for caravans. We had to go out a buy a low power kettle, this worked ok.
The toilet block was very nice and was one of the best I have seen in wales but when in my wheelchair I found it difficult to get from the grass and up to the toilet as you had to cross the gravel to get to the ramp, but I don't use a electric wheelchair only an active manual one
There were four showers in the main block, and my wife went to use one and three was busy so she used the fourth and the water wasn't that warm so maybe this should be looked at. The block was nice and clean.
Nice quiet site flat field basic shop selling emergency needs, but there is a large co-op about 6 mins away in kilgetty.
The field did get boggy and the owners stopped you parking your car in there after we had 2 days of heavy rain.

Been staying at this site every time we visit the Tenby/Saundersfoot area for the last 5 to 7 years.
We use to stay on a site at New Hedges but found the last 5 to 7 years very hard to get a pitch and when we did manage to get in found the pitches were not that good. Rough ground, too close to other tents and on a slope etc!
What we like about Wood Office the tent field is nice and flat with a good size hedge to give you a bit of a wind break. Ground lovely no rough ground or stone etc.
They now have a lovely new shower block with plenty of space biggest I have ever seen.
Plus the usual sinks etc.
The shop sells the usual stuff with info for local atractions etc.
Play ground between the camp field and caravans.
Short distance by car to Saundersfoot and Tenby and Atractions like Oakwood.
Never really took a walk from the site and don't know the local Pubs/Restaurants as we usually just chill out when we come back from a day out.
Been all over Europe and would rate this site as one of the top sites. As long as you are not looking for a club house etc you will not beat this site.
