 I stayed at this site for four days in August 2016. It is in my opinion a gem of a site. Run by the owners Eric and Annie, its a relaxed quiet and friendly location sighted on a hill top affording good views of the district and mountains in the distance. Ample spacing between pitches with shade and sun if you want it. The pool is quite adequate to refresh yourself in the heat of the day. Toilets are adequate and clean. A guy turns up around 8am tooting his horn to let you know he's there to sell you bread and pastries. The local town is sufficient with a Lidle and an Inter Marche. Its a bit of a treck if you are walking though. I loved this site and hope to return one day.

Great little site I spent 8 very peaceful nights here with my dog. This is a no frills site but is well looked after & the showers/toilets are spotless. Its a 2. 5k walk to St Christol & 8k to Ales plus plenty of tracks & quite lanes around the site to explore. I would certainly stop here again. There is a skateboard park & football pitches near the entrance to the site (not sure if you can use the football pitches). No pubs or shops closer than St Christol (well I didn't see any). I suggest this site is a good base to explore the surrounding area.

I returned to this campsite 15 years after my previous visit, and it was still as beautiful and wonderful as I had remembered it. This time it wasn't just two of us, and we had our 9 and 11 year olds, and they also loved it too. There's a great communal room where there's some table football to play, the pool is great and cleaned daily, and the outdoor space is abundant, as are the spaces for the tents. The toilets/ showers are simple but clean. There's no restaurant on site, but if you're camping that's not really an issue. Some great trees, for some welcome shade to pitch under, and views of gorgeous countryside from every corner of the site. Lots of other families on site, and the children just played outside, so we all had a marvellous break!

This is a very lovely site, in beautiful surroundings and the owners were very welcoming. We are definitely returning to Mas Cauvy.
Friendly service and advice, accommodating with our pet,
We have an American motorhome and there was ample room for our rig.
