This site is highly recommended for Tent users!
Reception / Restaurant / Bar:-
They are very friendly and reception open from 8 to 8 with no lunch break in between.
Swimming Pool:-
It might not be suitable for young children as it is around 5 x 20m and the shallowest end is around 1.2m deep. But for those who want a swimming pool to exercise, you cannot find a better campsite than this because their swimming pool open all the time during the off season. So you can have an early swim if you want.
Pitches:-
Because it is by the Dune, it could be very sandy. The pitch is sufficient for tent users, but I think it might be a bit small for caravan.
Sanitary Facility:-
They have well improved their shower and wash basin. Most of their shower have own wash basin + mirror in the cubicle, and they all very spacious. They are VERY clean (it could be because it's new)
Also all wash basin have razor point.
All water have temperature control, and water could be very hot!

Arrived at the site about 4-5pm after quite a long journey from Domme. View of the pool, restaurant, shop and reception brilliant & staff were friendly and helpful. However, the site itself appeared neglected with little grass on very small pitches. We have a dog so require a fairly shady pitch - some shade from pine trees with the risk of cones dropping on the caravan and denting it. We just fitted our 23' van onto the pitch with the A frame on the road, our car on the edge of the pitch with a small space for us to get through between the two. No place for our awning or sun canopy.
We found the dune quite imposing and with a strong wind, by the morning the car and caravan were covered in sand. The toilet/washing facilities were'nt brilliant with only one hot water tap for washing dishes. We got the impression that little was being done for tourers while they appeared to be extending the chalet business - Camping areas sectioned off for building of more chalets. This seems to be a profitable route for French campsites!
