A good CL, a bit windswept at times, as the name suggests, it's on a hill which means that it's easy to get a Sky satellite signal from the centre of the field; there is a barn in the way on the right. It's well drained, no mud here and the access is fine, a metalled driveway and then a good track for a very short distance. Eggs can be bought cheaply, depending on the hens laying.
As said, there are plenty of good walks around, best to get in the car though and try those around Hook Norton or Little Rollright (also visit the Rollright Stones from here).
The village shop in Long Compton is the nearest, and ok for basics, but there is a better one in Hook Norton. There is also a garage called Firs on thr road above Hook Norton, with reasonably priced fuel. Chipping Norton, about 5 miles away, has a small Sainsbury's and a Jet garage, and the nearest fish and chips. Banbury is the nearest larger town.
Cost at present is £12 per night, or £11 if staying for 7 nights or more.

As long as you have your own facilities, this is a great CL. Lovely, extensive views and a good-sized field, so plenty of space, but you will need to 'level up'. Easy to find and easy access. A good base for exploring the Cotswolds and the nearby village of Whichford is only a 15 minute walk away with an excellent pub (The Norman Knight) with an extensive selection of real ales and fabulous food.
A quiet site - no road noise and lots of good walking without using the car. Highly recommended.

First time we have used a CL site but thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone was very friendly. Clive the owner was very helpful and always had time for a chat. Fantastic views from the site. Only had 4 days there but we will definitely go again. Visited 2 National Trust houses which were fantastic, Upton House and Charlecote Park. The Houses and grounds are well worth visiting and we would definitely go to them again if we are in the area. Had a lovely meal at The Red Lion which was only about 5 mins drive away.
Had a fabulous short break.

Spent a fantastic weekend at this wonderful little CL,
There are no facilities but does have EHU and A chemical disposal point,
The site itself is easy to get to, and is about 2 miles from the Main road down a very quiet country lane.
The touring field is a huge field for 5 vans with plenty of open space and has absolutely fabulous views due to its elevated location. You will need chocks as the field is slightly sloping but didn't cause us to much of an issue.
When you arrive at the farm you cannot actually see the site as its in the field behind the farmhhouse so keep driving all the way up the drive past the left side of the farmhouse as your looking at it and it goes in a straight line straight into the field.
The site owners we're very friendly and helpful also.
The site is about 10 minutes walk into the very pretty village of Whichford, which has a great little pub (The Norman Knight Inn) that serves a variety of dishes and the drinks are reasonably priced, there is also a church and a large village green and play area. There is also a bus service from the village which will take you all the way into Stratford to save any hassle of parking.
The walk back up from the village can take about 15 minutes as its a fairly steep hill but we managed even with 2 dogs and a pushchair.
It takes about 25 minutes to drive into Stratford from the site and about half an hour to Banbury. Its location is ideally suited for touring the pretty villages of the cotswolds also. I can also recommend Wellesbourne Airfield market which happens every Saturday, its one of the largest open air markets in the country and there are always some bargains to be had. This takes about 15 minutes to get to from the site.
The only downside I can think of is it gets quite windy as you are on top of a hill but peg out your awnings well and it will be fine.
We love the area and will definitely be returning to this site.
