Nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this site is a gem of a place.
The facilities are A1 and so very very clean.
It is a quiet and peaceful site with very helpful and pleasant staff.
If you like small, non commercial, then this is for you.
Perfectly placed amidst a multitude of excellent walks, bike rides and great places to see and visit.
Oh. And excellent WiFi signal!

Stayed for 3 nights in my motor home.
This is a small tidy site that while not particularly picturesque is ideally positioned for cycling to Aberfeldy (4 miles on country path) further to dunkeld.
Grandully itself has a couple of hotels for meals (I didn’t use but looked busy) and a lovely chocolate shop.
The roads over and around strathtay are quiet meandering with lovely quaint houses to look at.
Facilities were adequate with 2 showers and 2 toilets for ladies and Wi-Fi available around the office.

Lovely site surrounded by trees and a nice view of hills in the distance. It was just a short stagger from the Inn on the Tay for food.
Good recycling facilities and basic but satisfactory toilet and shower block.
Apparently getting an online booking system soon which will be better than emailing back and forward.
Would stay again if in the area.

Basic campsite for water users. Despite website claims, there are no electric hook ups for tents. Ok campsite for caravans if have your own shower and toilet.
Good local pub with great food (and clean toilets)

This is a quiet rural campsite owned by the Scottish Canoe Association. It is fully occupied at Easter and August Bank Holiday weeks by Canoe Slalom competitors using the rapids, so please do not come during these weeks.
At other times of the year, the site is open for responsible members of the public. You will find it very quiet and peaceful. Ideal for outdoor users like us - walkers on the Rob Roy Way are welcome.
There are 10 caravan pitches, which should have electric hook-ups during 2010, and plenty of space for campervans and tents.
The campsite is unattended with a part-time manager who visits every evening, and we trust you to register and pay immediately on arrival. To get access, check out the Scottish Canoe Association's web site where you can find a phone number for an access code, as well as additional information.
No open fires / bonfires.
No BBQs which can scorch grass.
Animals must be kept on a lead at all times.
Local pub and restaurant 50m.
Local shop across the river 200m.
Chippie n Chinese 7 miles upstream at Aberfeldy.
We hope you enjoy it.
Take only photographs - leave only fooprints.
