We were only going to stay a couple of days but loved it so much here we stayed for seven! The owner sue was lovely friendly and helpful. The local pub the punch bowl and ladle was only 5 mins up a byway opposite the farm. And the estuary was only a five minute walk down through the field. If you want to get away from it all this is where to go I will be going back soon. No showers though if your in a tent but our caravan one worked sweet. Oh and nice duck eggs on site mmmmmmmm

Just come back from our second visit here this year. This is a wonderful small site that is so peaceful and quiet!
OK it doesn't have a toilet block or mod cons, but isn't that why we have fully equipped units?
Robin and Sue are very helpful.
There is a pub within walking distance, up the bridleway, and it isn't far to go into Truro, plus there is a Spar in Playing Place.
And if there are any Quakers here, they have just restored the beautiful thatched Meeting House across the road from the site.
We'll be visiting again.

Stayed here Aug 2010 - Sue and Robin are friendly its a real working farm and our dogs loved the area Lots of wildlife in the area in addition to the ducks hens and sheep on the farm. The downside is there isn't really a toilet to use but they do have chemical disposal point which is a toilet with 6' cement all around it! - the other downsides are the pitches are sloping although there are plenty of woodblocks available to prop your van up - more trickier for a motor home. If the site was levelled out more and a toilet was installed would happily return year after year its an ideal location for touring Cornwall you can get most places within an hour. Idyllic location nice and quiet.
