Please note we have been advised that this site has closed, and no longer offers camping, motorhome or caravanning pitches. The management advise that they are not authorized by the prefecture of the Alpes Maritimes to open again, following the floods of October 2015.
If you know that this situation has changed in the future, please could you let us know. Many thanks

First, the positives:
The reception staff were extremely helpful and courteous, especially Dutch Peter.
It was a great advantage to have our own private sanitary facilities on the pitch together with a washing up sink.
The restaurant (a loose description) food menu was reasonably priced with a reasonable selection of dishes, and it was pleasant to sit outside near the pool to eat.
Now the negatives:
If you are towing a 7 metre caravan, access will be a problem both on the approach to the site and on the site's narrow internal roads. Space is at a premium here, with many guests' cars parked awkwardly.
The touring pitches are NOT over generous in size and are all on a gravel base which can be quite resistant to awning pegs.
There is on-site evening entertainment which ends at 11pm, but because the static cabins are so close to the touring pitches, complete quiet cannot be guaranteed after that time as it is on UK club sites. We were kept awake by noisy neighbours talking loudly on their balconies for the whole of our stay.
The temperature of the private shower cannot be controlled and often runs ice cold.
The temperature of the water in the washing up sink is hardly ever more than luke warm.

This was our first ever camping stay in France, was only for a night so didn't really research the campsite well as was a short stop.
In all honesty was very disappointed - our pitch was gravel and dust, really hard to even get the pegs anywhere near to secure, space was very tight, couldn't park our car with our pitch, pitches just backed onto each other with a dusty road on the other side of the pitch. Its a pretty big site as well.
Pool area didn't have enough beds or chairs, had that stupid Speedo only rule (which we had no idea about and they wont take any exceptions), shop was useless.
Even with a satnav it was a nightmare to find - the road its on has been converted into a no entry just this year and although you can see it getting into it takes perseverance and with us - sheer luck after 30 minutes of circling a 1 mile area!
On the plus side - we had our own toilet/shower/ washing up block with our pitch as most others did too and that was immaculate and very nice to have.
Would I go back. No. But I learnt very quickly to really search for what we wanted in a French campsite in the future and this years booking has been made for what we want.
