 Do not be put off by the 2 stars, it is one of the cleanest and neatest sites we have come across. 10.30 euros 2 people + ehu
The town is beautiful and compact. In the square is the tourist office which has a fast free wifi service.
For petrol there is an Intermarche at St Philbert sur risle (about 5 miles away) but the locals say it is even cheaper at LeClerc in Bernay.
Opposite the entrance to the campsite is the local swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also the start of one of the many waymarked walks.
Our 'stopover' ended up as 4 nights.
Only downside is that the electric is 5amps. Shock horror had to use gas to boil kettle

This is a great site in a lovely small town in Normandy.
Access is fine for twin axle vans, and the pitches are a decent size, all hedged off for privacy. Every pitch is a super pitch, with its own electricity, water and drainage, which is amazing as it only cost us €13 per night last week for a caravan, 5 amp electric, and 4 people!
Facilities are kept very clean, and reception/booking arrangements are very efficient (English spoken).
The town itself is small, but has 2 boulangeries, bar and hotel, as well as a few other small shops. It's based around a beautiful town square of half-timbered Normandy buildings.
We use this as a stopover from Royan to Zeebrugge on the way home, as it's only about 10km off the A28 autoroute, The last few km are on a small, quiet country road, but as there's so little traffic there, it's not a problem.
