The location is fabulous the cl site is immaculate fully serviced with bins and recycling and Toilet emptying point individually provided for each pitch.
Great pitch flat with beautiful views. Going to add it my favourites list.

Sadly So disappointed now with this site as it used to be fantastic and one of our favourites but unfortunately has really deteriorated the last 2 years.
The grass pitches adjoining the hard standing were so unkempt on arrival both years with the grass about 2ft high (it did eventually get cut just before the end of our holidays).
The site is supposed to be adult only and no dogs allowed for which we were prepared to pay the premium price of £25 but the owner now seems to be allowing Dogs. This will probably please some people but there Is no dog walk on site.
The owner also has 3 cottages adjoining the CL that he rents out, so at times you can expect children to be about.
The price went up from £20 pn to £25 pn this year but I think this is now too expensive as you are Not getting what is advertised or what you are expecting. Currently the only good point in our opinion is the large fully serviced hard standing pitches.
On entering the site prior to the grass being cut the whole area looked very unkempt and neglected. Several people we spoke to who hadn’t been before were quite disappointed with the neglected state of the site and said they would not be returning.
Immediately exiting the site you are on a very busy B road (not safe for walking on) but only about 15 minutes drive to Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton.
Within about 20 minutes you can get to Sidmouth.
Some lovely areas to visit in the area but unfortunately we shall not be returning to what was once one of our favourite sites.

A great welcome from Paul, all the pitches are hard standing with a grass area separating them and all are full service, with sewage, waterpoint, electric and wastewater drain, and lovely views thrown in. There are no shower or toilets on site hence the £15 a night, it is adult only, we will be visiting again.

We stay here for the second time and will return for our next holiday.
Most sophisticated campsite we ever visited
Very quiet and adult friendly.
Ideal place for retreat from the hassle of everyday life yet close enough to the shops, nice pubs and places to visit

We spent four nights on this excellent cl. Could not fault this site the owner Paul was so helpful. Our pitch with water, electric, bins, and chemical disposal was ideal. The five pitches face a field with sheep and countryside beyond. There is a pub half a mile away and a garage a few hundred yards further on, which sells groceries etc.

Just had 2 wonderful weeks on a truly superb site. All pitches are well maintained with plenty of space between pitches. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and is always on site. Would highly recommend a stay at this site for peace and relaxation.
We can't wait to come back next year. In easy reach of Exmouth and Exeter.

What a gem of a find this site turned out to be thanks to uk campsites, we have got to say the site is well laid out with full service pitches including elsan disposal at the rear of each pitch. Paul the owner is very helpful and always around ready to help. Good pubs + grub close by. We will be back as soon as we can.

What a gem of a site 5 hard standings your own water, electric point, elsan tip, dustbin, recycling bin all on the back of your pitch. What a lovely warm welcome we had from the owners. Ducks and chickens, and baby moorhens on the pond, The owner was always around if you needed him and willing to help you. Plenty of eating places within 5 miles, we will be back, if you want peace and quiet this is the site.
