We stayed here for a two night stopover for some relaxation following a busy week.
We enjoyed the free fly pasts and overs but found the busy adjacent B road fast and noisy particularly on week days.
Plenty of attractions, pubs and eateries in the surrounding areas and nearby Woodhall Spa is an attactive small town with lots to enjoy.
There is a small cafe on site which we didn't use. The toilet and shower facilities are basic and usable but cobwebby and could be cleaner.
OK for a CL site

We stayed there for the second week of our holidays, and, we had a fantastic time, the toilets are clean and usable, the owners are very friendly, just ask for a tour of the museum, it is worth the stay on its own. The end of RAF Coningsby's runway is only 400 meters from the site so there is a bit of Aircraft noise but to see the front line Squadrons in action is magical and worth a visit, there is a public viewing area from which you can see the whole ramp and runway area, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Museum at RAF Coningsby is also nearby and is worthy of a visit, the entrance to the museum is free, but to view the BBMF in the hangers costs £5, it lasts about an hour and is worth every penny.
We are already planning a return visit.
