We have just returned from this c. L. Site after the long weekend. It was the first time of staying on a c. L. Site. We had a lovely stay and will be returning again.
The site is situated in a lovely garden, which is well kept clean and tidy. With lots of little personal touches by Julie, owner of the site.
Toilet clean and Julie makes sure it is always stocked with towels ect and her personal touches.
No showers but that doesn't! Matter if you have your own.
One level pitch and 4 slightly sloping, but no problem with the blocks under the wheels. Electrical hookups provided
Situated directly on the roadside where the buses are hail and ride. The drivers very kindly picked us up and dropped us right outside.
You need to catch bus to Poulton and connect to The Blackpool bus which is at the next stop. They seem to be timed to connect. Bus to Fleetwood goes direct from site, just stay on the bus.
Seeing as we are in a motorhome we needed to use the buses and Julie very kindly provided us with a timetable that she had gotten for us before we arrived.
She is a lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble for her.
Situated in farming land, it was lovely to sit and chill whilst watching the cows across the way.

We stayed here in August 2012. The site is situated in a picturesque cottage garden/orchard, which is very well kept. There was a clean toilet block on site, however no shower facilities but this was not problem as we have a shower in our caravan.
The pitches are gently sloping so levelling blocks are required. Very friendly owner who visited us to check everything was ok
There is a wonderful pub/restaurant, The Millers Arms, which is a 4 minute walk from the site in the quant village of Singleton - excellent value for money
Not far From Blackpool, Lytham St Annes or as a base for the Trough of Bowland.
All in all we had a wonderful stay at this peaceful site and would certainly return. Very inexpensive at £9 a night.

Enjoyed a nice bank holiday weekend here. First time at the site, and not sure where it was but found it easily enough.
Clear directions in the book. Pitch 1 is nice and flat with the other 4 sloping and blocks needed.
Quite a small CL so if you like lots of space this isnt the site for you.
Toilet on site, but no shower. Lovely site and would defo return.
There is a pub in the village which is just a few minutes walk, but we preferred the highcross pub, which is 5 mins drive, and you can also get the bus outside this pub straight into Blackpool.
Site only £9 a night.
