 Lovely little site ideal to unwind away from the crowds but within easy reach of Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Lovely shower and toilets. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It I was lovely to watch the sun set over the fields. Have already booked to return later this year.

Every thing that mike has said but good news they have toilets and a shower now in a converted shipping container, Looks ropey on the outside but immaculate on the inside, just a little note to the owners if reading this, a mirror in the gents washing sink would be handy in defuzzing the face when shaving :)
There is no washing up area so bring a bowl, but that should change I think.
There are no activities for children it is just a field with a slight incline, but you are between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft so plenty to do in these towns.
I almost feel like not writing this as wanting to keep it to my self! but I know there are campers out there that look for similar to me, A nice place to relax with no outside stresses
All in all a great little site no frills just good honest camping.

This is a lovely quiet site, close to the A12, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Outlton Broad. It is just a simple field, with a couple of portaloos, chemical disposal point, fresh water and electric hookup. However to make the field more accessible to campers new toilets and a couple of showers are planned.
The price is currently £10 per night including electric hookup. There is a gentle slope to the field, however the field is not visible from the A12! If you like a good, honest, no fuss, value for money site then you will love Valley House.
Major tourist attractions (and swimming pools with showers for those in tents without showers) are only a short drive away. Dogs are also welcome.
A warm welcome is always there. We have used this site for over 2 years. The grass is always nice and short and the pitches are well apart. So to re-cap, if you love peace and quiet, good value for money, a friendly welcome and being no more than a few minutes away from major tourist attractions, shops, etc, then book at Valley Farm.
