We go to Woolacombe every year and this year we tried another campsite. We went on the bank holiday that was forecasted to be very hot so this was one of the few campsites with space.
The roads leading up to Incledon Farm were quite narrow, one car wide roads but with quite consistant passing places.
The campsite was very nice and we pitched on a slight gradient but nothing too bad the field we pitched in was large and quite empty and reasonably quite our whole stay, filling up during the bank holiday weekend.
The shower block is fairly new and well kept along with two blocks for toilets.
Incledon also have on-site food from the Food Shack which was very nice and good value, no on site shop but the Food Shack did lovely wood fire pizzas and great baps in the morning.
There is also a little kitchen area with a fridge, freezer, kettle and sockets for power. There is a shop just five minutes down the road in the village.
The campsite is a working farm but we didn’t experience very much noise throughout our stay, friendly owner and a great stay.
Definitely would come again and I recommend this campsite.

Very good campsite with no shop but a food shack to get meals. Only three male toilet cubicles and 9 showers in total.
There was a place to wash up, get water, freeze food and boil water. If you needed to charge anything, there was a plug in place. It was very spacious with room to play but it can get busy in the middle restricting the space to play.
There was a hill on the site but it wasn't everywhere. It is easy get rid of the slope by pitching the tent in a certain way.
Overall it was a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Basic site on a working farm. Facilities are adequate- the shower cubicles are huge
Owners are really helpful and very friendly.
Handy for the village with pub/shop and a good bus service into Croyde.
A point to note- no dogs allowed on Croyde Beach.
Take your levelling chocks as the site is sloping.
Access to Georgeham involves negotiating some really narrow lanes, so if you're in a big unit be aware.

Easy to book. Campsite is situated a little way out of Croyde. You have to negotiate some narrow roads but otherwise, relatively easy to get to from Croyde village.
If you and your family like on site entertainment, washing machines etc. All the things that bump up the cost of your pitch then Incledon Farm is not for you.
If, however, you and your family want a base with functional showers and toilets and plenty of room to play cricket, football etc then book your pitch. Owners are helpful, relaxed and friendly.
Facilities were clean. I stayed there with my son and his friend. The weather was brilliant and we all had a wonderful break. Campsite rules were sensible.
The pub in Georgeham served great food at very reasonable prices. A regular bus service operates into Croyde (not Sundays)

Well, this camp site is exactly what it says it is.
Its a working farm and hasn't won toilet of the year. (but it didn't enter)
Don't let that put you off, it has 4 showers and enough toilets to cope.
Its brilliant, lots of space and when we stayed (bank holiday weekend) very quiet, very friendly owners who are very polite and approachable.
In our 3 days we only waited for showers once, so we just had another beer and chilled out.
For us it was great and we'd definitely return.

Great little campsite. Was exactly what we needed, car by tent with plenty of space and near the beaches.
The Layout is an open field with the option of an electric hook up, you can drive your car right up to your tent and set up where you like (nice to have the freedom!) The cost is worked out per pitch rather that per person which makes a lot more sense!
Facilities have obviously been improved since the other review was written, still basic but there are now more showers to go around!
Cheap and very friendly with a good little shop 4 minutes walk away that is open 8 till 8 in the high season, recommended.

Competitively priced but not much else going for it I'm afraid.
The facilities are very basic and insufficient for more than a few campers.
The whole site is sloping which didn't work for us although the farmer was great in bringing ramps to assist.
When it rains traction is difficult with many caravans needing a tractor tow.
On site are may old caravans in storage which doesn't help the ambiance.
Access is pretty tricky. If you come from the South you have to run the gauntlet of some tight turns and narrow roads from Croyde onwards. From the north it is not so busy but again single track roads and passing places are everyone's caravanning cup of tea. The right turn into the site then becomes a challenge, particularly if you have a twin axle.
The pub down the road was good and there are some excellent beaches in the area.
On the whole, better value to be had elsewhere we thought.
There is better value to be had close by I'm sure.

The campsite has a great location, ideal for visiting the surfing beaches and other sites of North Devon. The camping field itself was spacious and well kept.
We were however disappointed with the facilities here. There was only one ladies toilet, which had a sink/washing area in there too. This meant that in the mornings it was nigh on impossible to use the toilet, as people spend ages in there washing. The first morning we were there I waited for 20 minutes and with 2 people still in front of me in the queue I had to give up and go alfresco. The toilets need to be separate to any washing areas. We also felt that the toilet and shower facilities were not kept very clean. We had one shower during our 3 day stay and although the water was hot, the shower itself and the area around it was filthy so you don't come out feeling particularly clean.
I am used to campsites with basic facilities, but I do think the cleanliness and the layout of the toilet/washing facilities let this place down.
