What a delightful little site in a very convenient location. Basically, just a field with 5 EHU points, it does slope which poses some problems with a motorhome but we coped. Fresh water & chem. Toilet disposal facilities are adequate & easy to access.
The assorted chickens, geese, turkeys, ducks, horses etc. add to the charm & free range eggs can be bought from the farm.
It is possible to walk to Ludlow (downhill) which is about 1. 5 miles and not a particularly nice walk. Alternatively, there is a Park & Ride just 10 mins. walk away which runs every 15 minutes during the day @ 95p return (English bus pass holders free) drops off in the centre of Ludlow.
The Squirrel Pub is close to the Park & Ride, it is more like a Harvester type, but convenient. For 'proper' pubs, you cant go wrong in Ludlow - it even has its own Brewery! Loads of restaurants, cafes, independent shops, regular markets and cultural events as well as Tesco & Aldi. Recommend the Breadwalk which takes in some great views of the castle and river.
Friendly owners made us welcome & just an hour away from home we hope to return regularly.

I have to agree with all that has been said. We went to this site having read the reviews and were not dissapointed. The site is slightly sloping but not too great a problem. We had the whole site to ourselves and it is close to a lane and you can here a car pass but it is frequent and no problem really. Waste and chemical disposal ok no toilet and shower fascilities and so found the price £15. 00 a little expensive but then again I am a product of the fifties! Sally is very friendly and our dog loved the freedom. We would definitely stay here again. A real gem of a site for peace and quiet and ideal for visiting Ludlow. The Squirrel is good for a pint and food

This place is a little gem of a site. Sally and her husband are lovely people and very welcoming.
The site itself is a CS so has no toilet block but waste & chemical disposal is more than adequate.
We went with three other couples and I know for a fact that at least one couple has been back already!
It's a great base for exploring Ludlow & the surrounding area. There are more pubs & eating houses than you can shake a stick at, and all within a short walk of the farm (20 to 30 minutes depending on how much of a hurry for a pint your in).
Some lovely livestock at the farm, nice for kids I expect. Also dog friendly.
We will be back!

Had a lovely weekend stay here. Nice quiet site. From moment we arrived, the owners of the farm made us very welcome. Also told us places of interest to visit. Showed us their animals on farm, which were mainly rescued.
Approx mile into ludlow, the castle is really worth a visit.
£5 per adult.
Can recommend a pub called the Blue Boar, lovely pub meals.

Lovely quite site stayed for 3 nights to visit Ludlow and walk the Magnalonga. Nice grass pitches but very slightly sloping. Price included electric hookup.
About 20 min walk into Ludlow centre. No loo or shower so own needed but did have disposal drain. Recycling and rubbish area very clean and tidy. Farm had chickens, geese and horses.Views from the site were good and there were a few walks nearby. There is a modern pub about 10 mins walk away attached to a Travel Lodge hotel.
If visiting Ludlow I would stay again.
