Please can I make people aware they won't give you a price over the phone and they don't give you a price at reception unless you ask they give you a leaflet with the map and prices which aren't straight forward says parking 28 euros this is probably true if all you want to do is park,
But please be aware it cost €156. 50 Euros to park with a motorhome and 1 dog for 2 nights there is no WiFi like most sites it's there but you can't connect.
Before actually driving through the gate they ask you to walk around the pitch and find a spot and come back with the number of the pitch we told reception, and they took our passport details and said to pay when we left at this time we asked the how much it would be, not realising that the couple we were with had already paid as they weren't experienced travelers they didn't query it,
I walked around the corner and for exactly the same 2 person one dog two nights was 87 euros a saving of 60 euros equivalent to a full tank of fuel,
At this point we still hadn't driven into the site,
So my friend asked for their money back so we could stop around the corner for a much cheaper deal,
No surprise they refused,
So in the end we also had to pay the extra money and stay.
Site covered in ants, and pitches not maintained
Can't put a cup down without them crawling in it,

We stayed at this site for almost three weeks in September 2012.
I confirm all the good things told about this site in the previous reviews.
We had a few heavy downpours during our stay, which meant that it was quite muddy around the 'van at times.
Please note that the discount offered for length of stay only covers the pitch and not the 'all in ' price.
Although quite a lot of campers (mainly Germans & Dutch) had dogs we were not bothered by noise.
All in all well worth a visit if you want a quiet relaxing holiday

This is a medium-sized site with level, grassy pitches of a good size. As it’s only been open 3 years the trees are still growing but are already providing shade where needed. There are bungalows and a few ready-erected tents around the perimeter, but none of those rather ramshackle permanent caravans often found on Italian sites.
It’s not directly on the lake, but only a short walk away from a pleasant beach with a few sunbeds and pedaloes, a small marina and a handful of cafes and restaurants. This is ideal if you want a low-key, relaxing holiday away from the rather frenetic campsites and amusement parks on the other side of the lake.
The central facilities block has excellent sanitary facilities on the ground floor, a large communal room with flat screen TV on the first floor, and a roof-top sunbathing terrace with fabulous views and a heated whirlpool bath.
There is a lovely swimming pool and toddlers’ pool, and as other reviewers have said the lifeguard is always in attendance. Like all the staff, he was friendly and helpful. There are some organised activities in high season, and a football/volleyball pitch.
The shop is a reasonable size, and there are supermarkets within 5-10 minutes’ drive. The restaurant is good and reasonably-priced, and does pizzas to take away or eat in.
Baia Verde may not suit families with teenagers who want a lot of activities and entertainment but it’s perfect for couples of all ages, those with small children, and anyone wanting a peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings.

What can I say this site suited the two of us down to the ground. We were allowed to walk the site and pick which available pitch we wanted, pitches were very large. We put a 7 metre van awning and car on pitch, using the acsi card this omitted the 12 with private facilities. This made no difference as the communal facilities were excellent. The pool was great with a walk in slope one end and steps the other. There was a lifeguard on duty constantly which made it safe for the few children that were there. There is a jacuzzi on top of the facility building which was a bonus with sun terrace around, views of the lake were possible from up here. The lake was a short walk away and there were bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. We used the site restaurant a couple of times and were pleased with the food. There is wifi available at a cost, I paid 10 Euros for 10 hours and you were able to log off so your usage halted until you signed on again. I managed to make the 10 hours last all the time we were there which was 9 days. The weather was great temps on the 30's, last but one night we had high winds but little rain. I would not hesitate to recommend this site.

We stayed here for two weeks. The site is only in its third season so things like tree need to mature whilst everything else is reasonably new. We used a superior pitch.
So, two things that caught our attention and were the main reasons for booking.
1. 16amp electricity which is almost unheard of in Italy.
2. Our own private shower/toilet/sink and separate washing up sink in the corner of the pitch. This was pure luxury and we now feel spoilt beyond belief. It has raised the bar for us.
Our pitch was level and huge. The site advertised a minimum of 90 sq m which included the shower. However, even allowing for the shower I estimate we had more than 100 sq m. We had the sun on the pich all day with some shade being provided by two small trees. I would suggest it will be very different in a couple of years time when the trees have grown a bit more.
The other pitches are all of a good size, the majority with 16 amp ehu, water and grey waste. The facilities building contained everything. The ground floor housed the showers and toilets. The washing up sinks and laundry facilities are under cover at the rear of the building. There is a TV room on the first floor with sun terrace balconies. On the roof there is a sun terrace and whirlpool.
The site has a small paddling pool for young children plus a larger pool which has steps in and out as opposed to a ladder. There is a lifeguard on duty. The site also has a fenced off games court.
A small shop provides the basics including fresh bread every day, there is also a small supermarket within walking distance. There is a restaurant, take away and bar. Finally being Italy various flavours of ice cream are available.
There are a number of mobile homes and pre erected tents but the majority of the site is for touring units.
We were the only Brits on site with Germans being in the majority closely followed by the Dutch. There were also a large number of Italians, especially at the weekends.
This site is not on the shores of Lake Garda, nor can you see the lake from the site but it is only 5 - 10 minutes walk, about 300m. Being in the Lake Garda area, everything you need to enjoy your holiday is within reach. The staff are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to do whatever they can for you.
Will I return? Yes, definitely. The private shower has won the argument for me.
