Description
This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. This is a club member only site - you can usually join on site

Situated on our working beef and sheep farm, in a beautiful peaceful rural location, yet only a mile and a half from the stunning Jurassic Coast and safe beach at Charmouth, with a mixture of sand and pebbles, and famous for its fossils.
Away from the crowds, but accessible and close to the many attractions in this area
Our peaceful Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site provides spacious pitches for tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. We can accommodate up to 5 caravans/motorhomes and up to 5 tents
Facilities include electricity, toilets and showers and WiFi. Please note that we do not have washing up facilities on site.
The site is just over half an acre, and gently sloping

Following the footpath across the fields, walking to the Charmouth beach takes about half an hour. Charmouth also has 2 pubs, a very well stocked village shop (open until 9pm), newsagents, pharmacy and cafe as well as some gift shops.
Nearby Attractions
Picturesque Wootton Fitzpaine is surrounded by beautiful countryside, deep rural lanes and is within walking distance of the famous fossil beach and World Heritage Coast at Charmouth.
It is a perfect place in which to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB).
The camp site, and Barn and Cider Cottages stand adjacent to our working farm, where you can enjoy plenty of walks from the doorstep.
Within a very short distance there are many interesting walks with breathtaking clifftop views, as well as charming, secluded haunts.
Visitors can enjoy the varied flora and fauna, and the local area offers a superb setting for activities such as golf, bowling, sailing, fishing, pony trekking and biking, or just chilling!
Historic Lyme Regis, famous for its Cobb and ancient harbour, is only 3 miles away. Visitors can meander round the narrow streets and browse the cafes, galleries and craft shops
Bridport , with its thriving arts scene is 8 miles. Our farm is within the Area of Outstanding Natural

Owner Directions
We recommend that you approach us from the West, leave the A35 between Charmouth and Axminster, signed Wootton Fitzpaine and The Tunnel. Please note that the lane to us from the A35 to the site is fairly steep and narrow. We are the first farm that you come across from this direction, towards the bottom of Westover Hill and before you get into the village itself. The campsite is on the left hand side of the road, CCC signs are at the entrance.
Please use the googlemaps link where possible as the DT6 6NE postcode will take you too far into Wootton Fitzpaine village.
