Whitemead Caravan Park in Wool, near Wareham is a stunning family run park found in 5 1/2 acres of beautiful countryside, on the edge of the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
The park offers 96 pitches in total including both hardstanding pitches and grass pitches. 90 of these pitches have electric hook ups.
Additional facilities available for guests to use include heated toilet and shower blocks, a laundrette and washing up area
An on-site games room means the whole family can be entertained by playing pool, darts, and table football, while especially for little ones there is a children`s play area
Wi-Fi is available (enquire at reception).
There is an on site shop stocking camping essentials and groceries.
You`ll find the idyllic village of Wool just short walk from the site, offering excellent pubs and delicious local food
The campsite is surrounded by acres of mature woodland, offering plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area, either on your own or with your family and pets.
Dogs are welcome, and we do ask for dogs to be kept on a lead at all times and for owners to clean up after their pets.
The park is 4.5 miles from the nearest beach at Lulworth and is handily placed for many attractions in this part of Dorset (railway station and main route bus stop is within 400 yards).

With excellent transport links right on our doorstep, we are ideally situated for our guests to explore many sites along the world renowned Jurassic Coastline, including Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove which are only five mile from our site.
Other well known places of interest include Monkey World and Bovington Tank Museum, which are both just a short drive away.
