Situated on a working farm 5 miles from Brecon, ideal for walking or biking directly onto the Brecon Beacons
The campsite is split in two parts the top part offers a flat area , which is adjacent to the Old Toolshed, has beautiful views towards the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains (cars can be taken into campsite), the flat area next to the stream is also ideal for camping and be accessed by car along a hard standing road
The stream is deep enough to swim in, if you are brave enough ? (very refreshing)
The site is family friendly, not suitable for large groups or anyone who wants to play loud music or behaves anti socially, you will be asked to leave if your behaviour is unacceptable to fellow campers
All campers must book via email or text ( mob : 07814189810) prior to their stay, three night stays are encouraged over the bank holidays
The old stables have been converted into a shower, toilet block and snug room with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and sink with hot water for washing dishes a extra washing up basin and drainer has been added , mobile phone charging facilities also available
Two hot spacious showers are included in price
Logs can be purchased £6 per bag, fire pits available, FOC
Camping is £12 per person per night,£10 for 18 to 14 years old, £6 for under 14 years old, under 5s FOC , dogs FOC, please keep on lead
Please note field at entrance is certified location and is for members ONLY, caravans and motor homes with their own toilet facilities ! NO CAMPERS OR CAMPERVANS
Please make sure you are in the correct field before erecting your tent
Rubbish collection and recycling is a priority, we only welcome visitors who are prepared to recycle their rubbish, bins are provided enabling you to conveniently recycle as much as possible, if I am left to sort your rubbish, it is extremely time consuming, a filthy job and will lead to increases in camping costs
Having been at Pentwyn farm since 1966 we love living here and realise we are very lucky to live in such a lovely place, please treat with respect and leave the site how you found it, making sure all visitors have a enjoyable stay

Post code (LD3 8LP), turn right for Cantref/Abercynrig just before the village of Llanfrynach
From Abergavenny, remain on A40 dual carriageway until you see sign for Llanfrynach/Cantref adventure farm,(B4558) head over River Usk bridge From Brecon on Abergavenny A4O, on dual carriageway, turn left at the sign post for Llanfrynach/Cantref adventure farm (B4558) Turn Left and go over the River Usk Bridge Next right (signposted Llanfrynach), Next right (signposted Cantref) After about 3/4 mile, you come to a T junction and turn right Next left at green grass triangle sign posted Pentwyn farm and The Old Tool shed As you arrive onto farm yard the campsite is in the field on your left hand side
