Description
This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only.
Opening Dates this season: 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025
Do you have a caravan/motorhome and would like to fish at your leisure at the times that suit you? Or if you don`t fish, simply come and relax in the beautiful Weald of Kent, surrounded by the picturesque villages of Smarden, Headcorn, Cranbrook and Biddenden, to name but a few. Or visit Leeds Castle, Sissinghurst Gardens, Canterbury and the Kent and Sussex Coasts, all within a short distance away! The Port of Dover and the Eurostar station are within easy reach. We have 20 acres including the Lakes, horses on site, and we are open all year for you to enjoy all the seasons. We are adjacent to The Big Cat Sanctuary, a charity that specialises in big cat conservation and which has a large collection of Lions, Tigers, Puma`s, Leopards etc ... you are very likely to hear them "roaring" particularly through the evening time, whilst sitting outside of your caravan with a chilled glass of wine !! Not what you would expect to hear in a quiet Kentish Village! The Sanctuary has open days for the public to enjoy seeing these wonderful animals and learn about their conservation, but tickets sell out fast !! Another big attraction is the Battle of Britain Airshow, sit outside your caravan and watch a selection of WW2 planes flying from Headcorn Aerodrome including Spitfires and Hurricanes. The villages of Smarden and Headcorn with a variety of shops including Butchers, Bakers, Deli, take aways, a Sainsbury`s local supermarket and a selection Coffee shops. Wonderful country Pubs , one within walking distance. We offer Electric hook-ups,and have Rally fields available. We welcome any inquiries. Well behaved dogs are welcome, and we have a dog walk, and spectacular woods nearby to let them off the lead.
The cost for 2025 is £26 per night stay. Rally prices on application.

The coastal towns of Broadstairs, Margate with the Turner Gallery, Ramsgate with its famous tunnels .Iconic Dover Castle with its wartime tunnels. The Sussex Coastal towns of Hastings and Rye are under a hour away. Nearby villages have their Real Ale weekends. Headcorn Airfield nearby, has Battle of Britain Days ,Combined Ops weekends, where you can enjoy spectacular air displays including the Famous Spitfire, and the museum there is well worth a visit. plus so much more . We have a tourist info Board on site with free leaflets.

Owner Directions
From junction 8 on the M20, follow the signs for Sutton Valance & Headcorn. Join the A274 into Headcorn. Take the Smarden Road towards Smarden. After 1.5 miles, turn left into Bedlam Lane. The entrance to Roland House Farm & Lakes, is on your right.(approx` 15 minutes drive from junction 8 on the M20)
