Absolutely beautiful site. The owner is a lovely man busy keeping the site prestige.
Wonderful setting and lovely fishing lakes. Cannot express enough how lovely it is.
A big well done to the owners, very friendly and welcoming.

A lovely well kept site with 2 well stocked lakes
The owner is a lovely chap who is obviously very proud of his property as he keeps it immaculate even in wet weather
We stayed 3 nights and apart from some relatively easy fishing also got to watch aerobatic displays and many parachutists from the nearby aerodrome
Noise from the very close railway line could be a problem for some but TBH it didn't bother us at all
I'd quite happily recommend Roland House Farm to anyone

Mike & Jenny the owners always make you feel welcome! The site is very well kept and a lovely place to stay.
We were there for Easter and Jenny was amazing as she held an Easter egg hunt for all the children! I dread to think how much it cost her and she kept them all in order! Bless her.

Lovely friendly site kept like a park, your own facilities requred, two excellent fishing lakes, with easy access.
Headcorn village 2 miles, with shops take aways and good pub food, railway close by, Headcorn aerodrome nearby with museum and events from time to time.
Been using this site for over three years, and will continue to visit.

This is a lovely quiet site with fishing lakes. Although you don't have to be an angler to enjoy this site.
The owner is very friendly and keeps the site looking lovely with flower pots and well kept grass areas. There is a nice dog walk around the back of the lakes.
A few minutes drive away there is a wood owned by the woodland trust where dogs can run off the leash. The site is basic and has no toilet or shower facilities.
This is a caravan club certified location so tents aren't allowed. Nearby is a big cat sanctuary and you can hear the lions roar when it is feeding time.
A railway line runs close by but the trains are not frequent.
This is a lovely site and we will definitely be returning.
