Here at Resparva House Touring Park we are a small select site that caters for adults only and their pets. We are ideal for Easter Spring Whitsun, Summer through to the Autumn and your W/end breaks.
PITCH PRICES for 2024 are
NO EHU 22/3-17/5 £17. 18/5-12/7 £20. 13/7-6/9 £25. 7/9-30/9 £17.
WITH EHU 22/3-17/5 £24. 18/5-12/7 £26. 13/7-6/9 £30. 7/9-30/9 £26.
Our site is positioned just off the A30 at Summercourt which places us in a super spot for touring all areas of Cornwall because we are almost in the centre of this beautiful county,not far from the coast of Newquay a surfers town with great beaches, also Perranporth with its beautiful sandy beach. You could visit Padstow a lovely harbour with resturants and shops or walk along ther Camel Trail and admire the views across to Rock which is easily reached via a ferry. A few miles not far from us is the city of Truro, or the towns of Falmouth and St Austell or the moors at Bodmin. Always something for everyone.
The site is protected by a natural cornish stone wall. We have 13 level pitches some with hard standings, each one separated by shrubs and trees, all with electric hook ups if required. We upgraded the showers and wash facilities a couple of years ago, we also have a book swap area and some board games to enjoy.
You are welcome to bring your dog along if well behaved. We have some quiet lanes close by that you can walk for exercising.
We also offer a complimentary tea or coffee on your arrival and if you visit us between April to to end May we offer you a delicious cornish cream tea or coffee!
Nearby Attractions
In our village we have a Londis store for groceries and it also has Post Office counter. The farm next door to us sells fresh eggs. Our local pub called the London Inn is great for evening meals and has a warm friendly atmosphere which is approximately a ten minute walk from site. Just cross from the site is a recently opened True Cornish del/cafe that also has a few gifts.
A couple of minutes up the road by car to Fraddon there is a Marks & Spencer, Next, Mountain Warehouse also a Starbucks a Brewers Fayre and McDonalds.
Attractions close by are the Eden Project, the Owl Santury or Cardinham Woods great for walks or cycling. Lanhydrock for a round of golf or a cycle ride,and both places have a cafe with excellent foods to try. At Newquay there is a zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium to visit.

Owner Directions
Driving South along the A30 trunk road take A3058 for Newquay St Austell & Summercourt. Drive through village past London Inn to traffic lights.Continue across lights past Dales Car Sales on R/H side,& approximately 150 mtrs ahead, we are on the L/H side of the road, where you should see our sign.Or continue past the A3058 & take next exit on your left that reads Chapel Town & Summercourt. Immediately to your right is the Clock Garage, then as the road curves left you will see our sign post on the right. There are two white gate posts marked Resparva House.
From St Austell take the A3058 re Newquay. Continue to Summercourt to set of traffic lights. Turn Left,through village past Dales Car Sales on the right, continue for 150 mtr approx our site is situated on the left
