Welcome to Stockbridge View, a farm Campsite 15 minutes walk down a country bridleway to the bustling market town of Stockbridge Hampshire.
We have the capacity for 25 tents and 30 tourers.
We have hard standings.
We are a farm campsite and provide basic facilities, such as flushing toilets and hot showers in a new building.
There are no marked pitches, but plenty of room to go where you like in the field.
We are half a mile along a quiet footpath to the Town of Stockbridge.
The site is surrounded by byways and footpaths.
Firepits and BBQs are welcome as long as they don`t kill the grass.
Nearby Attractions
We are a ten to fifteen minute walk to the town of Stockbridge, with its many shops, pubs, restaurants,and coffee shops. There is a CO-OP, and a Kebab van in the evenings.
By car we are about a half hours drive from Salisbury and Winchester.
Fairly local attractions include Stonehenge, Paultons Park, Mottisfont Abbey, The Army Flying Museum, Houghton Lodge, and The New Forest and the South Coast.
There are many good country pubs within a walk or cycle ride, a good one is The John O`Gaunt, at Horsebridge, which is situated on a foot/cycle path on a disused railway.
