Great campsite. Excellent showers (no push button) it was packed, as it was Bank Holiday weekend but although only three toilets for the ladies, never had to queue and showering was the same.
Very relaxed atmosphere as you could camp where you wanted. Good to be able to arrive from 9 and stay until 4.
Very reasonably priced too. A 15 minute walk to Stockbridge which was lovely and well worthwhile visiting, both for shops, pubs and cafes. And walks. Dog friendly everywhere and plenty of walks from site too.
Definitely would go back again.
The only thing I would change would be the towel in the toilet blocks as probably quite unhygienic.

Second time here. Nice walk from site to town.
Site is situated close to Winchester. Andover, and is a good stop over for those heading south.
Everything needed is on site (basics, but that is all I need). Clay shooting in distance, but that stops around 4, so nice quiet evening. Lovely spot.
Will return.

A gem of a campsite! A last minute decision to go camping with a few friends and their children, wanted something relaxed and this was ideal.
We were able to BBQ and take a firepit to enjoy the evenings.
The facilities were simple but very clean, a couple of showers, some very clean and non smelling composting toilets, and a wash room with a couple of sinks.
There was plenty of room, on a nice flat site, very pretty location and just a 15 minute stroll into Stockbridge.
We would recommend and will definitely go back.

Perfect for getting back to nature! Wonderfully hot gas powered showers and exceptionally clean compost toilets, even hot water and washing up liquid for washing up.
Friendly owner came round to each tent in the morning to check if everything was ok.
I'd definitely go back!

We stayed for two nights over the bank holiday weekend. We had a brilliant time! The location was great - just 10 minutes walk down a lovely quiet footpath down to Stockbridge (a beautiful little town with lots of cafes, pubs and independent shops) and the field was spacious with wooden compost loos and showers.
I stayed with my husband and two young children. The children had a great time playing ball games on the grass. The owners were friendly and approachable - they introduced themselves while walking around selling firewood each evening. We didn’t realise it was their opening weekend until chatting to them - very impressed.
Great value for money for the location too.
Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely come again!
