FULL SERVICE PITCH - £2325 + Pay As You Go Electric (Top up card)
STANDARD PITCH - £2200 + Pay As You Go Electric (Top up card)
Winter Storage available with Seasonal Pitch hire - £200 (November, December, January, February)
All pitches include 16amp electric hook up, private key entry laundrette & washing up facilities, and private key entry modern toilet and shower facilities.
About the park...
Toppers is a small, quiet and secluded park, gated and private to seasonal pitch owners with no through road access. The park has gentle lighting for your convenience and safety. Water standpipes are located around the park with close access for all pitches. The park also has CCTV and onsite management.
All serviced pitches are hard standing and allow direct connection to water supply and grey water waste drainage.
Maximum size unit for a Service Pitch is 24ft.
Maximum size unit for Standard Pitch is 26ft (Pitch dependant)
Dogs are welcome on site (two per unit) if well behaved, kept under control and on a lead.
The park is very well situated within a 5 minute walk to the local shops, pubs and takeaway outlets, and very convenient for you and your family to enjoy a variety of popular night time entertainment venues in the local area.
Local attractions include, live music, cash bingo, prize bingo, arcades, sports bar, mini golf, fun fair, and much more.

The park offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for the days and evenings where you prefer to stay away from the night life and enjoy time with family and friends.
The main village consists of a post office, CO-OP, hair dressers, takeaways, cafe, petrol station and a local repair garage.
The beach is accessible from various routes within a 10 minute walk.
Attractions and entertainment on Newport Road are a 2 minute walk from the site and Beach Road a 10 minute walk.
Great Yarmouth is less than a 15 minute drive.
