Good, clean, seasonal site.
Good plot with PAYG electric.
Friendly crowd who organise social events through the season.
Plenty of nearby walks and near the sea and amusement.

Lovely clean, safe, friendly site. Mostly seasonal tourers like mine. A real find and my van is staying there this season as well.
Pitches are electric and not reduced, so don't keep tripping out. I get Wi Fi fairly well and am furthest away from the building. Tight pitches, so car has to be parked in very near by parking places, within the fencing.
Roads are gravel so wheelchairs, wheeled frames etc would find difficulty getting around on site, brilliant shower facilities for disabled though.
Club opens mainly only weekends and there can be music noise, however not bad enough to stop you hearing tv, and quite pleasant to listen to. Club offers meals and events as well. Club users do not enter the site at all so never seen any problems there.
Amazing value Sunday lunch served. Young friendly couple own and run it. Nothing is too much to ask, they even took care of my cat for the week when she decided she wanted a longer holiday. Dog and cat lovers on site so not really for those who dislike animals really.
Five min walk through static site around Toppers brings you to a chippy, amusements a many, pub, cafes, shops. Pool in another site is 5 min drive away. Sea near by its over sand dunes.
Would recommend 5 min drive to main Hemsby area to use beach there. Awnings can be left up as long as checked regularly, however my kind neighbours once pinned mine down when the winds got it.
Site owners keep an eye open and call you if any problems. Lovely neighbours, immaculate showers, great dim lighting for nights.
Site cut all grass and even dig in your electric cable for seasonal for you. 100 percent recommend the site, not cheap but is really worth it, as season is a good length one.

Greeted by a very nice lady running the site. Was given a choice of pitch, not a bad size. Club next to site (didn't use), bit of a walk to shops, even bigger to beach. When you find the small entrance off the road you then neae to climb to get to the top, then down as much to beach - sure need good legs to get back up from the beach at least I slept that night. Clean toilet/shower block, only problem we had was teens kicking ball against joining fence and when asked to stop no change - youth of today.

Stayed on the site for the week. Facilities of the toilets were accessible by a refundable key deposit and was only available to those camping and not for use by the clubhouse. Free hot showers were also available.
As we arrived on site we were given the option to pitch where we wanted as it was not in full holiday season.
The on site clubhouse was available for us to use during the stay and served food and drink at a reasonable price. The World Cup was on and we thought that it would be rather noisy, but on the contrary the curfew was around 11-11.30pm.
The owners had just installed free wifi access through the site although reception was poor in some parts. I had told the owners about this and they were looking into a new enhanced option router to be put in.
The beach was around 15 minutes walk away down through sand dunes. Or you could opt for a 15 minute walk on the flat to the village and the amusements in Hemsby which also led to the beach.
There is a bus stop outside the site within a 5 minute walk and the buses were running one an hour (every half hour peak season) to Great Yarmouth and Caister.
We enjoyed our stay and with a cost of £ 95.00 for the week with an electric hook up,was within our budget. Would go back again. Nice quiet stay overall.

We found Toppers on this website. No one had reviewed it and I'm guessing that's because it is 'brand new'.
Toppers Caravan Park is situated in the middle of Sundowner Holiday Park which is mainly privately owned statics and chalets. For the week that we were there the whole site seemed very quite.
The site has 24 level pitches all with individual electric hook ups. The amenity block is new and was kept spotless through out our stay. You are given a key (£10 refundable deposit) which allows only site users access.
The showers were of the push button type, which I don't have a problem with. However if you were in the smaller of the two shower cubicles the water seemed to be a bit too hot.
Toppers Bar and Restaurant is in one corner of the site. We were issued with guest passes on arrival. Noise did seem to carry across the site from the smokers stood outside, but on the plus side, the music from the open mic night enticed us over, and a lovely evening followed. I am reliably informed (by my husband) that the beer is of a good standard, and I can confirm they do a very good curry!
Locally the beach and amusements are in walking distance.
Good find, good value, Nice site.
