Take Junction 19 at Ecclefechan. At the roundabout, turn left into the village and turn west (right) at the Church on the B725 (Dalton) road. At Hoddom Bridge, 2 miles further along this road you will find the entrance. (Signposted from the roundabout).

Half a mile west of Annan on the Annan by-pass, take the B723 to Lockerbie turn off. Follow B723 for 5 miles, and the entrance is just before Hoddom Bridge. (Signposted from A75).

Just a 2 minute walk from the site is an outstanding 9 hole golf course par33. The course is landscaped with natural woodland and man made features and is surrounded by the River Annan making it quite a challenging course.
The River Annan at Hoddom is the most prolific Salmon fishing beat on the whole system. With an average of over 250 salmon per year, it is as good as many of the major Salmon Rivers of Scotland.
