Via NewbyBridge Take the A590 towards Kendal at the 1st junction exit and continue on the A590.Follow for about 11miles until the roundabout at the junction with the A592.Continue past the roundabout until you reach a left hand bend,there is a right turn over a bridge.Turn right and follow the road round to the left in front of the Swan Hotel.Stay on this road, follow the road around the outside of the village and we are the right. Via Ambleside Take the A590 towards Kendal follow until you are on the A591.Continue on the A591 through Windermere and onto Ambleside.Turn left at the traffic lights, take the first turning left signed - Coniston,then left over a bridge.Follow until you reach Hawkshead,the site is on the left before the village.
