We had a fantastic time at valley farm.
The campsite is spacious, friendly & has everything you need & more.
The toilet & shower block was immaculate & nicely set up in a beautiful farm feel to it.
The donkeys were friendly & well looked after.
The fired pizza shed looked amazing although we'd bought bbq items we sadly didn't try, but will definitely go again for longer period.
Has to be one of the best campsites we have been to so far in our 20+ yrs of camping!

Toilet facilities on campsite. 2 toilets, 2 showers for the men same for women.
One main Drinking water pipe in middle of the field above wasp nest. And to empty chemical toilet makes you fell sick totally disgusting overflowing.
Camper field is far too big for the facilities. They give you what facilities they give you. ☹️☹️

Really disappointed with this site.
The site itself was fine and had easy access to Oxford.
Unfortunately the toilets and showers left much to be desired and certainly not enough for the number of units on site.
The worst element of the site though was the primitive chemical toilet waste point.
It was full to the brim with putrid liquid and floating human waste. Almost impossible to empty a cassette. Yuk.

Flat field for tents, caravans with some bell tents. Little shade available which want a problem at this time of year.
Bathroom was clean. Didn't use the showers but friends who did said they were warm. They cost £1 for 7 or 10mins.
Washing up facilities were not so great. Two massive catering style sinks with only one draining board on the left hand side. Also they were on a little platform so I found myself bending over a lot to wash.
Also disappointed there wasn't anywhere to recycle.
Freezer for freezer packs and some plugs so you can charge your phone. The pizzas were excellent and really tasty.
Friends in the bell tent said the bed was comfy. Not all the bell tents had electricity which I was surprised about. Also I was disappointed to see that they only had one undercover outdoor area between 5 bell tents. Not sure what those guests do when it rains to cook, sit and eat etc.

Booked for 4 nts specifically requested hardstanding but none available upon arrival for 1st nt. Only has 1 designated hardstanding which was to short for us (7. 7m). 2nd temp hardstanding was large gravel area next to elsan also couldn't put out canopy as would have been in road.
Facilities were modern but inadequate for number of tents on site had to queue all the time.
Site more suitable for tents. OK for families with young kids and plenty of space.
Site owner friendly and helpful
Like Glastonbury for kids.

Good location, facilities were fine for our short break. Plenty of space.
The donkeys and cat were a huge hit with the kids.
Nice walks nearby and town close by car for supplies.

A pleasant site a few miles from the centre of Oxford. Flat but with some axel busting ruts (in dry conditions). Some road noise, but not too intrusive. Showers and washrooms are good.
However, outdoor (with small canopy) washup area is inadequate; one pair of very deep catering sinks with one small draining area between them.
Water pressure is very low. The sinks are propped up with only a small and narrow platform to perch on while attempting to wash up, which makes the washing up process uncomfortable.
However, I consider the site is overpriced; £20 for campervan with 2 persons. Showers are £1 each. EHU is £4 per night. Hence, I feel that £26 per night for a basic site (without laundry facilities) is way too high.
I have paid £26 per night on sites that boast beautiful views, laundry facilities, living areas, indoor wash up facilities, children's' play areas, etc.

Lovely rustic site in a great location. It is conveniently placed to give very frequent and regular access by bus into Oxford city centre.
It is tranquil and fuss-free without the need for excessive rules to be imposed everywhere and therefore visitors are expected to respect the site to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone else.
The owners live on site and are very friendly, helpful and available if need be.
The toilet and shower facilities are currently being refurbished and looking great. This site is definitely worth a visit.

Lovely views and easy access to Oxford (we used park and ride). Lots of room for kids to run around and quite peaceful. Friendly donkeys. What really let it down were the toilet facilities. They were frankly appalling. Two toilets and one woefully inadequate shower (£1) for ladies and same for men all presumably running off the house water supply so water was often just a dribble and sometimes didn't work at all. We were surprised that the owners could have so many pitches (including the glampers who also had to share these) with such limited facilities. I resorted to just a bowl wash as after trying multiple times I couldn't get into the showers without queuing for 30+ mins and was scared off by stories of boiling hot then freezing cold poor flow. We didn't even bother with the washing up area as only one sink was working. Granted it was August bank holiday and busy

Stayed here for a night with my husband and two children. Lovely flat site with plenty of space and friendly owners. Good facilities, if basic, but very clean and well-maintained. Would be great for group bookings. Excellent value for money and will definitely be making a return trip! Only thing to mention is that there isn't much natural shade, which wasn't ideal on a very hot and sunny weekend.
