What a peaceful and well-equipped site! Loved the store and availability of logs for burners - not needed yet!
Well-maintained site with thought for campers and the local wildlife.
Clean showers and bathroom facilities- always a treat!
Excellent pub 10 mins walk away.
Owners thoughtful and helpful and also gave space and time to settle in - v informative re site and shop.
I shall return without a doubt next year!

Absolutely amazing little camp site. Clean tidy and very friendly.
The shop is an excellent little place for your fresh produce especially if you forget something like bacon or eggs.
They even have ice cream which I loved 🥰.
Will definitely be going again.
Thank you for a wonderful stay away.

This site is brilliant and we shall visit again.
We have been made very welcome with easy pitching on a flat site.
Facilities are very good and clean. Local produce is also available on site.
A very pleasant stay which will be repeated.

Just spent a fabulous 3 nights at Green Haven.
The tent pitches are nicely spaced,
The toilet and shower amenities are small but for a small site are perfectly adequate and even though the site was full I didn’t have to queue for a shower. The showers are nice and powered by solar energy.
The site is ecologically friendly so if you’re wanting a stay that reduces your carbon footprint, you’re on a winner. With one fridge freezer and a separate fridge there was always room.
The hosts were great, welcoming and very helpful and can pre order all manor of local provisions for your consumption. Very dog friendly too.
A very nice place to relax,
Will definitely return.

This is a gem of a site. We arrived midweek, the first night we had the whole night to ourselves-a luxury!
Katherine the site owner was really friendly and welcoming.
Communication was great, she texted us recommendations where to go/eat. On site there is a fridge/freezer with local produce you can buy- bacon, sausages, ice-cream etc. Plus bread, preserves, chocolate etc.
Showers were 50p and lasted 7 mins, plenty of time for 2 people to share! Toilets/ showers were very clean.
Campfires were allowed and there were fire pits/ wood available.
Site is in a good location for visiting market towns- Haylesworth, Bungay and approx 25 min to the coast- Southwold /Walberswick.
Good value for money,
We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely small, quiet site with good access and parking; excellent toilet/shower block, (cleaned twice a day); nice owners and useful little provisions store. The breakfast box of local produce we ordered was excellent.
It's blissfully quiet, but that means you have to accept being several miles drive from a supermarket and petrol station. There is a pub within walking distance with good beer and basic pub food.
Only slight disappointment was that our side of the site had you pitching facing pretty much due north, which did make for a chilly few days with very little sun reaching our awning to compensate for the rather relentless East Anglian wind!

We love coming here, it's welcoming and is eco friendly.
It's very peaceful, full of wildlife, and this time we went to the nearest pub which was great, and explored halesworth which has brilliant individual shops.

This is a great camp site with a great welcome from owners Stuart and Katherine. Super clean with lots of anti Covid precautions, showers, loo and washroom all freshly painted.
We had ordered some provisions bangers and bacon, yogurt and jam, I'd forgotten eggs and Stuart found some for us which made our breakfast next morning.
Was first time camping for the extended family and they were really pleasantly surprised! There is such a lot in the area to see.
Lots of returning campers, always a good sign and think we'll be one of them.

Lovely campsite, friendly owners. Everything clean, tidy and just thoroughly nice (including the other campers). Location rural and beautiful, with nearby great places for dog walks. Will certainly visit again.
I feel very nasty about giving only 8 of 10 for 'facilities', but we'd forgotten our stuff to cook bacon and eggs and a small 'kitchen', like at YHAs, would have been very useful - but that, I have to emphasise, is me being very very picky.
Great value for money at the price: we have a lean-to tent, which meant we had to have a pitch with an electrical connection - but the price only went up from £10 to £12. 50 - not a problem at all.
Nearby town is Halesworth - beware of the 'free parking', yup its free, but you're on holiday and, like us, maybe not thinking about parking, only about your next meal [which took over 30 minutes to arrive!] and, hey presto, your £16 full English (for 2) ends up costing you £66! (£50 fine, with the discount!). I'm appealing.

Had a thoroughly good weekend at this site, it's really well run and I was impressed by the fact that the owner came round regularly to check that people we ok for everything.
The attention to detail was noticeable and appreciated. I'm sure the lovely weather helped but other campers were friendly because, I think, there was a good 'community feel'.
But importantly we had plenty of room despite it being the August bank holiday, the owner explained that they purposefully avoided having too many stay at once, which is a great policy as we'd definitely return.
It's location is good for a short drive to the coast, but as its in a very peaceful area we preferred to do as little as possible and stayed local.
There are walks to do if you want, including to the pub, which is just a 10 mins walk. Facilities were very clean, and it was excellent value too, we thoroughly recommend it.
