What's not to like really. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, the place offers stunning views and is very well maintained.
The campsite offers very clean showers and toilets, easily accessible, drinkable water by our pitch with high pressure to fill the tank, and electricity.
The pitches are well built with great drainage and are perfectly level, making things real easy for campers.
We definitely recommend staying there if you are looking for a quiet holiday, it is very well connected to Ayr by bus as well so you can park it and leave it there if you do not want the hassle of moving your van while you are staying there.
There is also a direct path to the beach from the campsite, which connects to longer walking itineraries, definitely recommend.
The only missing facility would be a grey water disposal, but that is really not the end of the world :)

Lovely site, sadly we didn't quite get the weather for the views/sunsets but we lovely none the less.
We saw lots of rabbits, some Hares & heard all the lovely birds.
10min walk down to the beach was perfect for the dogs.
Site was tidy, staff very friendly and facilities were spotless. No bar on site which was advertised and none really in walking distance but town only a short drive away.
There is a coast path too but is about 5miles. Dogs welcome and bins around. Laundry on site but not signposted so found it by chance. Water & drainage on pitch.
Not the biggest pitch but adequate. 2 touring smallish fields. 1 has children's play park so ideal for families.
Would definitely stay again. Website said no pitches available but was worth a call as they found us a spot at short notice.

Emailed the site and they replied almost instantly. Called them the next morning to book at short notice and they were able to confirm my booking.
Clean site, toilet block. Good play area / swing park at the rear of statics where the tourers have pitches.
We were next to the statics as this seemed to be where MH pitches are.
Well stocked shop on site.
Lovely walk on site that leads to the beach.

Very friendly staff and owner.
Toilets etc clean.
Facilities very good given the current restrictions.
Didn't venture into the lounge bar because of Covid19 but would do so under normal conditions.
Well kept camp site

Easy reach of tourist attractions with beautiful views.
Quiet, clean and well-maintained, with well-equipped caravans.
Asda is 5 minute drive away. Peaceful and relaxing.
Highly recommended and very good value for money.

This was my first visit to this site and it wont be my last.
This is a caravan park but it has an area for touring caravans and tents, there is an on site bar and an office which sells all the basics and is open till 6pm.
The site itself is very well maintained and clean and the staff I met in the reception office were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The toilets and showers were clean and well looked after.
There is a path to the beach which is the start to an excellent walk along the coastal path towards Ayr and the scenery is stunning, the hill back up to the site has some steep parts but it is manageable (even for an old boy like me).
Overall highly recommended for a visit
