 Stopped here on iur journey around the Scottish islands.
Landrover with roof tent, NOT campervan.
We opted for the grass pitch, no electric.
Really friendly staff.
Had the field to ourselves, close to a good dog walk route.
Facilities were individual toilet, basin, shower pods.
These were big, no feeling of being cramped, well looked after, clean with great showers.
Dishwashing was at either end of the block of toilets, or separate room.
Would recommend as

1st time here was going to stay for 1 night but stayed 2 such a lovely site
Everything about the site was 1st class
The shower and toilets were some of the best we had used absolutely spotless
The staff were lovely and welcoming
Nice little enclosed dog walk and a lovely pub just 10 minutes walk away would definitely come again if this way and very good value for the price they charge 😀

Stayed two night in May. Great camping area, facilities are spotless. Shower and bathroom are in locked room and are individual units making it private.
The facilities were very well looked after by Willie and he and anyone I spoke to were helpful. Good walking area around the site and the local hotel is only 10 minutes walk away.
I’d recommend the site. £15 a night might be on the top end just for a tent pitch but considering how well looked after the place was it was worth it.
It want too busy at the time we stayed which made it better. The local water main burst on our first day but was functioning later that night casing not too much inconvenience. No dislikes from me.
Thanks for all the help during our stay.

Spent 4 nights in this holiday park in a large pod with my dog.
Although a holiday park it was so quiet, it’s the perfect place to get away from everything but close enough to Campbell town if you need anything.
Machrihanish bay is stunning & close enough to walk to.
Staff were helpful & very friendly & the toilet/shower facilities are excellent.
There is also a local bus that runs by the park.

Friendly site, staff worked late into night to keep shower block clean, some showers better than others.
Unfortunately due to covid restriction the inside facilities were closed.

Excellent site near the golf course and beach.
Facilities excellent, individual shower rooms cleaned regularly.
There are no shops in Machrihanish but the pub does a good fish and chips.

Nice location, next to golf course and dunes, some sea views from the site, reasonable size pitches with hardstanding for vans. A lot of static vans on the site.
Toilet block is newish and kept spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Beach is 10 minutes walk away, as is the pub. No shop nearby but Campbeltown is about 6 miles away and there is a bus stop near the site.
The site could be quite exposed in bad weather, but was fine when we were there and with no midges or horse flies!

Wonderful location.
Grounds were very well maintained and the toilet and shower facilities were the best I’ve seen recently.
Lovely breeze kept the lovely midge away during our stay.
Unfortunately no shop on site or in Machrihanish so stock up locally in Campbeltown Supermarket. There is one on the way into the town from Tarbert.

The staff were all excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. They work extremely hard and keep the 8 toilet / shower rooms very clean (even when the site was busy for the MOK run. ) Buses good into Campbeltown, just flag down from entrance to site.
Quite exposed so can get windy but good for keeping midges at bay. Walking distance to 2 pubs and famous local golf course. Some new hard standings and a small shop with basics.
Free wifi for 2 hours a day.

Fab site. Great location and very peaceful. Site manager full of great local info and very helpful.
Showers are a room with a basin toilet and shower which is great. Really enjoyed our visit and will return
