Very well kept site. Lots of space to cater for electric hookup as well as non electric. Not overpriced.

Relaxed approach from friendly owner Debby, nothing too much trouble.

Plenty of space for children to enjoy playing using their imagination without a play park.

An ideal site for a woodland walk or to Ealham village.

Great little site, far enough out of the way to be almost silent at night, but close enough to Folkstone to be the perfect stopover for an early train on Le Shuttle.

The owner is very welcoming.

The site only has the basics - fresh water, waste disposal and electric, no toilets.

Lovely dog walking field 5 minutes up the road.

Would definitely use it again.

Fir tree is a lovely quiet site for those that what some peace. Though the site is basic we would not change the way it is.

Debby and Steve who own the site are really nice people and it's nice to catch up with them as returning customers.

If you decide to come you won't regret it as we certainly don't.

 Quiet.

Clean well kept site.

Dog friendly owners moved our pitch to a dryer pitch due to rain much appreciated.

Lovely tea rooms nearby.

Ideal site for relaxing. No distractions.

Everything as advertised owner's very helpful & friendly

Would highly recommend for a very quiet break

Will be back again with the dog

We stayed at Fir Tree campsite for one night before travelling via Eurotunnel the following day.

Debbie (owner) is a delight, a truly lovely host.

The campsite is very easy to access as per Debbie’s map and the property is very peaceful.

We have already booked our next stay and looking forward to our visit.

It was lovely; spacious and peaceful.

You need your own toilet but water taps, hook ups and emptying facilities available.

Excellent food at nearby George Inn with local venison on the menu.

Walmer castle, also nearby, has fabulous gardens and definitely worth visiting.

Be careful with your route/satnav. As once off the motorway ours decided to take a shortcut using about every narrow single track road in the area.

After the nail bitting journey to the site, we found a large flat, grass field with a fresh water and Elson point. Its sunny, but a little exposed to winds.

We stayed one night, then caught the Le Shuttle to France. This site was a perfect location and reasonably priced for doing so.

The staff and fellow campers were very friendly and helpful.

Hence cannot fault it.

Lovely place, spacious pitches, friendly guests, easy arrival and departure.

No toilets and showers, but there was a sceptic tank for your pee and poo.

If you have your own toilet I would recommend this campsite.

 Very quiet and spacious place.

Really nice. And It's even better if you believe Debby's directions.

I am sure that we will return again at some point.
